I agree! The Geode Dresser is my favorite, but I adore them all. I’m so impressed by watching all of Katie’s friends as a group. Inspiration for dayyyyyys! 😅Time to start putting all this knowledge to work in my own home. I really appreciate you sharing what you sold them for too.
BEAUTIFUL COLOR CHOICES. LOVE THE 1ST ONE. ALL AMAZING. #3 👍 changing bottom skirt updates smart. Love the wood top worked pc., Lovely Cane and a-frame legs ... beautiful and unique . Can't wait to see more.
Love the green tones and natural tops. Never have thought about changing the bottoms or adding legs!! It really does lighten the heavy cabinets up and brings them bang up to date. I do love the Boho look and feel. So inspirational. Merry Christmas and thank you.
@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture Tou are so very welcome. I am hoping to become a paid subscriber in the New Year. I'm certain I could learn a great deal from you to elevated our debts. Thank you so much for sharing.xo
I liked all of the transformations. I love the stain and paint together! So beautiful. I recently did my 1st rehab on a bureau that was in our guest room. Did a forest green with a faux driftwood stain. I still have a lot to learn, but I love the new look. It looks 100x better than what it looked like before the rehab.
I loved the white piece and the green pieces. They were my very favorite. You have given me some good ideas for a older bedroom set that I have in good shape but sitting in the garage doesn't do it any good. I want to use it for a table in our family room........so you have really given me some inspiration. Thank you for sharing! Blessings
You are a MAGICIAN! David Blain himself could not have turned that dated monstrosity into an on-trend piece... but YOU... Okay, I am stealing that idea.
The first one is beautiful but you can see the tiny holes above & below the new knobs. 2 was a really great transformation too. 3 was just not my style but I'm sure you had plenty of fans on that one. Love watching your flips. I want to change the look of my living room furniture so I'm checking your work for some ideas.
Too hard to choose a favorite. I like them all. ❤️Thanks for the inspiration. I always vacuum my furniture before cleaning, then sand and vacuum again.😂
Refinishing our soon to be bedroom set based on your inspiration. It’s really oversized and has mdf on the over the entirety of the set except for the doors. Going to try your faux wood finish on top and a solid color paint finish. Still unsure about which color to use. Would you use a gray beigey color? Thanks for all you do.
I love your visionary approach to furniture, such as the A frame. I personally think the muted avocado green is my style but I think a designer might choose the black body dresser. My color vision was slightly damaged in one eye surgery so I feel inadequate in evaluating yellows & greens and anything that has a yellow component. So bear that in mind. I’m in southeast Louisiana, so Hi! Neighbor !
Love your colors!! I’m curious about sanding details. I get bogged down in sanding details so I avoid furniture with a lot of details. How do you deal with this?
I have a question, will your RZ Mask keep you safe from the paint fumes? And as always, you never cease to amaze me with your talents! Blessings from the Oregon coast.
Do you ever buy outside Dallas? I'm in Georgetown, and have a French provincial highboy dresser and the matching long dresser. Looking for someone like you to take it on!!
Hi this is my first time watching one of your "favorites video" of course they were all very well done. I paint but don't sell. Im not in DFW area but up in Minn/WI. Halfway bt Milwaukee and Minneapolis. My question is selling...what platform do you advertise on? I also pick up finds on fb mkt place, garage sales etc. Also price point. How do you evaluate the price you want to get? I see many sellers frustrated bc buyers are constantly trying to get a finished beauty for next to nothing.. I completely sympathize with sellers. I would negotiate but never give my work away...any tips appreciated😮patty k.
Beautiful! How do you find people willing to pay $600/700+ for your furniture? Is it certain areas of the country? I am just starting to redo furniture and am afraid I will only be able to ask $200 or less for my projects. Any advice?
In the first flip I'm extremely curious, you sprayed the whole front and the hinges were painted but in the final picture they were cleaned up. Can you explain how you did that or show us how in a different video?
I bet I went over them with some gold guilding wax. I should have the full flip videos of all the pieces attached to this video description. I bet you can see the instructions on that full flip video
About the surveys... I tried one of these a few years ago and found I'd take the time to log on, select, and then they'd ask a few questions about ME. And apparently they were not interested in over 65 year olds. Rinse, repeat. Do you happen to know if your company is different?
Hmm I’m not sure. At the front end this one asks you age demographics and seems to only load your home page with ones you qualify for from the jump. Hope that helps! I have been using it for my Dunkin’ runs!
I admire your refinishing work. However, you can clean something, or something can be clean. It is incorrect to use the word clean as a noun such as, "give it a clean." There is a difference in a verb, an adjective, and a noun in English.
I think the first was my favorite, though IMO you improved every piece. America has this penchant for creating styles that are not based on actual historic pieces or construction techniques, such as "Mediterranean". Those heavy square shapes actually looked more attractive painted than they ever hoped to look like in their original stain. I have a cool oak Victorian built-in buffet, we tore out of my husband's parents home, before selling it. It wasn't original to that property, but my husband had promised his Dad that we would take it. We're finally at the point of building it in, but I intend to paint it, leaving the buffet top stained. It has stained glass in the top and a cool mirror at the back of the serving area. He's bummed I'm painting it, but understands the design. We live in northern Wisconsin, so I can't spray shellac, indoors, in case someone would want to restore it someday...in your professional opinion, is there anything I can use to brush on under the paint, to appease him? If not, it's ok.
??the prices you ask do the buyers know you have a channel like this...your selling for hundreds but your cost is less than 5%...curious if just your area or all across?
Aside from the usual valid reasons to clean pieces before sanding, why wouldn't anyone want to start with a clean piece? I don't need dead spiders and old socks interrupting my furniture flow!
I love what you do with these furniture pieces!!! I would like to know seriously how do you sell stuff for that much of a profit? When I purchase stuff from even a yard sale or thrift store estate sale etc. I have a hard time reselling it and even making a profit. Could you tell me what your selling points and how you can look at something and know you can make a profit is it in the piece that you see is it the way that you make it look is it how you post it online is it the demographic area that you live in? Could you please help me out because I am so interested in doing stuff like this and would really love to hear your stories and your ideas. Thank you in advance Tricia from Michigan
Hi Patricia! Thanks for the comment! I am also from Michigan =) Look into joining me over on Patreon. I share a lot of the info you are asking about. Thanks for being here! patreon.com/lemonstolemonadefurniture
The last one was, in my opinion, the ugliest thing I have seen before you did your magic on it. You did a nice job improving its look and keeping it from the trash heap. Still not my favorite of the bunch, but definitely the most improved from the original. Nice job!
I suppose it's each his own it is hard for me to believe that you have destroyed beautiful wood original rich-looking peace into a cheap-looking block boxy looking dresser. Everybody calls older Furniture datede which and a few years that cheap looking boxing piece of furniture will be dated........ looks the same as cheap furniture that you can buy today made out of particle wood our paper
I MUST know! Which one is your favorite flip! Be sure to check out Prime Opinion here & get signed up for your free welcome gift! primein.go2cloud.org/SHd
I love the first one best.
I think the caviar one would have looked great if you did the paint wash on the middle doors as well. It would’ve been unique and beautiful.
As always, great job!
Difficult but no3 is gorgeous, details are so pretty
The last one was amazing. I did not think you would be able to turn that into something model and relevant but you did and it's gold!
@SM-yd8hq Thank you! I really appreciate you being here! Hope to see you next time!
I am always impressed by every piece you put out! Love those geode knobs.
I’ll take that compliment from the GOAT! Love ya sister!

Everything about that sage green dresser is soooooo pretty😍
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
Love them all, hard to choose!
I love the white with stained top and bottom.
I love them all, honestly. I don’t think I can choose a favorite.
My favorite was the last one
I love the greenish colored one
I loved the last one with caning. Gotta say I am so sick of the “usual” way it’s used
This was a fun surprise 👏👏
Great work as usual. Loved them all but my favorite was the green with gold handles and added legs.
Awesome! Thank you!
That first flip was amazing! Loved the combo of the white with the natural wood!
Thanks so much!
#2 was my favorite
I really liked #3 bc of the added legs. Next fav would be #4. I love the light/white colors
They were all beautiful! Hard to pick just one! Great job Kara! 🥰🥰
Thanks so much! 😊
I liked #1 but they were all beautiful. Love the handles but those gold feet sent me over the moon. ha ha
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
I really love the green one bcuz I'm a green fanatic. I love the color green and are obsessed with it!
The 3 was my favorite but you did a great job with all of them!
My favorite is the last boho style dresser... Those legs and the caning additions are impressive!
Yes! Thank you!
I love it not done a lot of furniture. I never thought to staying the bottom to match the top. It's beautiful. I love it
Love the green tones and natural tops. Never have thought about changing the bottoms or adding legs!! It really does lighten the heavy cabinets up and brings them bang up to date. I do love the Boho look and feel. So inspirational. Merry Christmas and thank you.
Thank you Cliff! Thank you for being here. Merry Christmas to you!
Love, Love, Love #3 ! As usual you knocked them all out of the park. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 Love & Blessings from Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️ xo
Thank you so much!
@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture Tou are so very welcome. I am hoping to become a paid subscriber in the New Year. I'm certain I could learn a great deal from you to elevated our debts. Thank you so much for sharing.xo
I like the first and last project the most.
My favorite furniture is Mission Oak! I have added black to it sometimes as well, but just love what you did with the dresser! Thank you!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
I liked all of the transformations. I love the stain and paint together! So beautiful. I recently did my 1st rehab on a bureau that was in our guest room. My favorite was #4! However, they were all beautiful! 💖
I can’t chose. So much gorgeousness ❤
Love them all but 1/3 were my favorites ❤. Love your work
They are all beautiful! I'm always inspired by your vision for each piece.
Thank you so much!
Love it!
Love the last one!
I loved the white piece and the green pieces. They were my very favorite. I'm so glad! Thanks for watching!
so good Kara!!!! Love watching you work!
You're the best!
You are a MAGICIAN! David Blain himself could not have turned that dated monstrosity into an on-trend piece... but YOU...
Okay, I am stealing that idea.
I love them all ! Awesome job
We are obsessed with the lighter wood finish of the top on the third one! 🖤✨
It's so good!
WOW 😅!!!im still partial to the black . I think it was number 2. Great work
The first one is beautiful but you can see the tiny holes above & below the new knobs. 2 was a really great transformation too. 3 was just not my style but I'm sure you had plenty of fans on that one. Love watching your flips. I want to change the look of my living room furniture so I'm checking your work for some ideas.
Loved #1
Beautiful!!
Thank you! Cheers!
AMAZING JOB. GREAT TRANSFORMATIONS.
Im in the New England area. We cant get that much for furniture.
they were all great!
Always love your work ❤
Thank you so much 😀
Love them all. Good job ❤
First & 3rd (top wood grain style) Great work! Inspirational & beautiful!
#2. Legs make it! Right up to near Art Deco or later, like 1950’s Hollywood! Good styling!
Wow, never would've imagined.
My favorite is the third one 😍
I liked the green dresser. Excellent job!
Thank you! 😊
I love them all
#2 is my favorite. All very nice!
Good choice! Thanks for watching!
First buf is absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much!!
Too hard to choose a favorite. I like them all. ❤️Thanks for the inspiration. I always vacuum my furniture before cleaning, then sand and vacuum again.😂
So true! I do the same!
3 is so beautiful 😊❤
I think so too!
I think the black with the light wood on top, so far
Number 5vwas my gavorite due to the unexpected side legd and caneing!
Beautiful job on the buffet!
thank you! I loved all of these!

Im a professional painter and built in primers DO NOT WORK! Why did you not remove the doors? You just painted over the hinges.
I used to paint professionally and I totally agree with this.
All 3 of them are winners! ❤
I have to say the same green.. #2 dresser...
Neighbor !
Hey neighbor! Thanks for watching!
You’re very talented I enjoy watching you create
Thanks so much 😊
Love your colors!!
Doesn't removing the base, that support this heavy dresser evenly, affect its integrity? I'd think it would.
Your send of design is awesome! Great work, but am confused about your hinges. How do you spray paint them, yet end up with much shiny gold hinges???
The retique it dresser was my favorite. The A-frame legs looked just a bit too odd to me!
I'll comment again in a few
How do you keep from getting overspray on the garage floor and walls?
Do you ever buy outside Dallas? I'm in Georgetown, and have a French provincial highboy dresser and the matching long dresser. Looking for someone like you to take it on!!
How does the sherwin Williams paint hold up
what was the link to the spray gun video?

Do you sell on marketplace
Great profit on the first one! (Not done watching the whole video yet) Did you sell it on Facebook marketplace?
Yes I did! Thank you for watching:)

Only facebook

Can someone tell me why a primer wasn’t used please ?
For which one? You can visit the full flip video in the description for more info also
Grease and oils will also gunk up your sand pad. Why waste sand pads.
Don't you have a hardware store near you, instead of ordering stuff off of amazon?
Not the knobs Janice
Por favor traduce al español, quiero saber que dices
Spray can primer is the worse.
I suggest putting legs on that first flip. It looks too flat but still beautiful!
I agree its needs to be a little more modern-- i put legs on an old trunk--Big Difference!😊

They sure do.
Considering the hours of work involved and the quality of her work, I would expect that buyers will pay for great quality work!
Aside from the usual valid reasons to clean pieces before sanding, why wouldn't anyone want to start with a clean piece? I don't need dead spiders and old socks interrupting my furniture flow!
some say it's pointless bc you are making such a mess when you sand you should just clean after that.
I love what you do with these furniture pieces!!! I would like to know seriously how do you sell stuff for that much of a profit? If I were you, I would clean with gloves. Why are cleaning other dirt with no protection on your hands.
You aren't her. Don't be rude.

I’m pretty sure several of those pieces that you’re calling original rich looking wood, have plastic on the front of the doors and drawers.
3 is so beautiful 😊❤
