@@BeardedRJ He didn't react to it hahaha
goat
The pain moonlight
I heard this at midnight when it drops and honestly almost cried it’s such a good album
i did.
I cried like a baby 😀
100% did cry. Mr Solo Dolo III hit my ass sooo damn hard Lol
lol I couldn't stop smiling, it's always great to hear new music from one of your favorite artists ☺️ especially when it's as good as this album
Dude i DID cry when elsies baby boy came on, absolutely beautiful
Mr Solo Dolo III hit me like a ton of bricks. It’s exactly what I needed to hear. When MOTM2 was released, I was a freshman in high school trying to navigate emotions and things I didn’t understand. And now 10 years later, I’m going through that again. Trying to find my identity and who I am and who I want to be. This album feels like divine timing and I’m so grateful. It’s an incredible experience from start to finish.
Dude i feel you. Its honestly feels like each motm was a guide/therapy session through each stage of my life, motm1 in 7th grade, motm2 around 9th grade, and now this beautiful masterpiece in my mid 20s
So happy you're reacting to this bro, Cudi got me through a lot of my darkest times, depression, not feeling good enough, and things I thought I'd never get through, but here I am years later in a better place mentally and past those times. I love this album, it's good to hear Cudi again, especially as he's sounding happier. Cudi is a legend
I'm still there. So I still need this like a lifeline
@@CycleOfJudges stay strong bro, you'll get through the difficult times
Yoo same. 2010 I found kid cudi and not alot of rappers go as deep as he does.
thank you for noticing the mr. rager line in „another day“ 8:20 . no one else reacted to this line. you‘re a real one for that
I fuckin love all the callbacks in this album
This album, for hip hop, is the equivalent to After Hours for RnB/soul
Yes!!
After Hours by The Weeknd?
@@paulcamptv1866 YES
@@karanlp1290 That's funny because Kid Cudi and The Weeknd are Aquariuses!
@@paulcamptv1866 people really still think that astrology is a real thing?
My freind asked me who's this Cudi guy and why he sounds so close to Travis. I pulled a seat and told him "sit lemme tell you the story of A kid named Cudi"
Fuckin Rose Golden duder. 🔥🔥🤣
😂😂💯
nice
I really fuck with Ernest’s ability to take in music, break down lyricism and messages while admiring production and realizing the structure in albums. Keep this shit going 💯
People just forget that cudi is the pioneer of this type of rap and no one does it better than him 💯💯
factsss
@@youngsinatra69 ikr
You’re hands down the best music reactor on RUclips no doubt
Check out knox hill he goes really into depth and talks about deeper meanings of bars i recommended you watch him
Tell us some of your stories, tell us of the travels
tired of people sleeping on passion pain a demon slaying
Facts. One of my favorite Albums that grew on me heavily
baptized in fire, frequency and surfin are slept on masterpeices. the way cudi creates an entire atmosphere on an album and even connects the album cover and everything is just so amazing man. he brings a new sound a new cudi to every album. i jus love it man. peopel dont give him enough credit for him and dots production either. cudi montage is one of the best instrumentals ive ever heard and its produced by cudi and the fact that he can somehow turn a uk drill beat into a spacey beat is jus crazy man
I'm one of the one's that cried on The Void. I put my cat down last week, and this album dropped at the time I needed it most. Kid Cudi is MVP 2020!
They sampled “Elsie’s Baby Boy” instrumental from “House of The Rising Sun” by The Animals, an amazing song
My album of the year. Super excited you’re doing this one!

Love your reactions and your insights and the knowledge you have in hiphop and how you break it down while listening to these songs. Keep it coming my man.
Damaged is probably my favorite sone off this album, I feel that song heavily
I've been looking forward to this, and it was by far the best reaction/breakdown of the album I've seen so far! You're one of the few I've seen who understood the album as a whole (even without the act breakdown). And I like that you mentioned how important "Elsie's Baby Boy" was to the album. I hope we can see your reaction to the final track!
Passion Pains & Demon Slayin’ was NOT subpar. Go back and listen bro.
Lol when you said Damaged was your least fav I was like "Just you wait, keep listening bruv"
Ernest: *hypes up the last track for about 5 songs prior*
Also Ernest: *doesn't listen to the last track*
🤦♂️🤦♂️
elsie's baby boy is so slept on. great track. love the review!!!
Sweet. I intentionally haven’t listened to any of this album, waiting to hear it with you.
Same
He takes parts out, go listen to it! Go enjoy it bro.
but reactions don’t leave the whole thing in, why not just listen to the whole thing first and make your own opinion before hearing someone else’s while you only get to hear little snippets?
Vibes so good; Great album + insightful commentary/analysis & the dynamic reactions needed; Fire!!!! #KIDCUDI #TheThirdErnest did the album justice #Emotional
lmao just looked up if cudi got any music video going on and ernest dropped an video on that album like an minute ago 😂
As a person who struggled with severe anxiety, treatment resistant depression and addiction, I can truly say that what you said about addiction is spot on, to me it never mattered what it was, from benzodiazepines and alcohol and opiates, heck even weed, I always needed them for the sole reason to escape my crippling thoughts.
I’ve been so hype for your review of this. Love this album!!!
Hey Ernest, you should totally watch Kid Cudi’s Interview with Apple Music that just came out. Great interview!
I've been listening to this album on repeat since release, I did the same with Passion, Pain and Demon Slayin'. I love this album even more after listening to your thoughts on it! I honestly don't understand those who hated on it... fantastic analysis, you've just earned a new subscriber - thank you for sharing. 🙌
Yo, been watching you for a minute. To be honest only from the beginning of this year. I appreciate your contributions to the content community. Incredibly smart appraisal and analysis of hip hop and rap. Happy to see you getting the opportunity to improve your kit for your channel. Keep it up and hopefully it keeps growing. Much appreciated.
Loved the reaction man! U get it bro! U get it!! A lot of people don’t understand Cudi on that level. Glad you’re one of them. This shit is 🔥🔥🔥
This is the best MotM3 reaction I have watched by far! Great job and thank you! This made me appreciate this album even more 🔥
Bro he sleeping on Passion Pain and Demon Slaying that shit is far from subpar. W Reaction Tho :)
That album is way too slept on
It's a shame he missed the last track. I thought it was pretty good
I heard this on shrooms last night and what an amazing experience hands down this album was a master piece!!
The way cudi shows the duality of man is the most beautiful representation I’ve ever seen. Glad you show this because while it’s obvious to those feeling it, not everyone does. Love the content man keep it up!
Goosebumps all over me.
Just by you explaining Kid Cudis Journey.
I know exactly where you coming from Kid Cudi's actually from the same city and town where I'm from. Cleveland Ohio shaker Heights....
And it gone be ok. I promise you.
Uhhh you missed the last track
I was like wtf lol great reaction besides that
@@onion9486 It is such a good song and it features his daughter saying to be continued.
@@onion9486 you're crazy LOOOL, its an amazing song
Watching this gets me hyped. Love the breakdowns. Such an amazing album
Bro you didn’t listen to the last song!!!? Lord I know
I hope he does a separate video!

I had the same reaction right when those very first 4 notes started on the intro🤣🔥
On repeat, headphones essential, get lost in these vibes. His delivery on this subject is so nice.
Hell yeah that mixtape was incredible, heaven at nite is a fav!!
Amazing review man, my thoughts exactly on how you interpreted , you have a great ear for this !
MOTM3, After Hours, LND, etc, we’ve had incredible album releases this year. I’m blessed to have had a lot of personal classics and 10/10
Passion pain and demon slayin was amazing ...

Been waiting for this
i had to introduce so many of my friends to cudi for this album, i have a friend too that doesn’t really listen to hip hop but he likes day n nite and pursuit of happiness so he listened w me when it dropped and he loved the album too
808 and heartbreak!!!! I'm super surprised in the amount of clearer lyricism from Cudi I got MOJO so dope vibe.. some mister rager... your in my dreams now... when the 4 keys played thats like some mcu shit for Cudi fans
Love your vids bro
And u can’t lie on the song she knows, that beat I actually thought logic was finna be on it. Definitely gives me logic vibes
Arrellano sounds familiar had a baseball coach with that last name(southsan) besides that keep up what ur doing and the grind!
You're one of the better reactioners. Take pride in that.
I loved cudi since the first time I heard day and night. I was sitting in my car waiting on my girlfriend which is my wife now and I said who the f*** is that!
You explained this album perfect bruh and I’m like 7 min in the vid lmao
This review changed my whole outlook on this album....
MOTM1 was my life in middle school but i gotta be honest, i heard pieces of MOTM3 but didnt really care when it came out. Nothing will beat MOTM1 but this is actually fire and i slept on it 😢
Any reason you skipped Lord I Know? (last song on the album)
yooo Elsie's Baby Boy is so good. i relate, I too feel like I am just floating, trying to find way and I have a pet hamster. She's the only girl in my life who aint turn out to be wack
Great album review. Glad to know you enjoyed it. You missed the very last track though.
I've listened to this album more then any album in last year. Such a great artist.
Travis scottt had a big role in the beats of this album btw Bro! I dont remember which songs, but apparently he was present during the recording of of it all. Loveee your reactions man!
Such a fire review but bro you missed lord I know that’s such a banger 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The guitar on Elsie’s baby boy is a sample from house of the rising sun

It appears we have the same taste in music good sir. I listend to it sober and it was good , in april i will take some molly and listen to this en after hours
Please do a separate vid for the last track!! And give your opinion on if you like how the album ended, etc.
ERNEST!!!! LORD I KNOW CMON MAN
this is my second listen today, third this weekend.
If The Void’s outro hit you, we’re automatically friends. This whole album is 11/10. Cudi came to close 2020 the right way. I fucking needed this.
you should for sure check out the "She Knows This" music video
you upgrade your cam? i legit can see into your skin pores hahaha.
man on the moon is still an album i bop out to all the time, and im an emo / scene / screamo / metalhead kinda guy too lol.
You should totally do Cudi’s older songs too every now and then on your channel
awesome reaction bro! you missed the last track though lmao something u don’t wanna miss

That Trippie Lambo bar was so unexpected but so fire 😂
Cudi is a vibe.🔥
2:44 it was actually "your in my dreams" but close enough because almost nobody notices or even knows that
They just think its from scott mescudi vs the world
31:26 great insight never thought about it that way
The pale moonlight Favourite song obviously!!!!! LOL
