2. Economic affairs committee and
3. Appoints committee
But sir you mentioned the political affairs committee as the public affairs committee in the video

In the mean time pls watch all our other videos. But the president and governor derives the same power from the Constitution except the pardoning power. Hence if you read president then reading governor topic is so easy. Even barath sir told the same when he took president topic. Pls try to read the governor topic with Laxmikanth.
