Agave for the sweetener and sea salt for an alkaline result . Thank you Dr.Sebi , hemp milk sea moss pinch of sea salt agave for sweetener, some spelt bread with coconut butter . Thanks dr sebi !

Why is it only good in the refrigerator for only 4 days? Will it spoil? I keep Oat milk for 7 days with no problem but want to try Hemp milk and wonder if I need to make smaller batches for just the 4 days. Any info will be appreciated, Thanks
A baby needs human milk..essential..not milk is NOT good for it. It can only get all and proper nutrients from breast milk...NOT vegan stuff..that's dangerous...😱😱
Phytate was abundant in hemp seed (also when hulled) (phytate 4 g/100 g), and could compromise iron and zinc absorption (phytates/Fe and phytates/Zn molar ratios above 20 and 15, respectively), as well as involve poor phosphorous absorption. Better when fermented with phytase enzym.
good point- Clean Living channel has a video on how to ferment hemp milk- thank you for mentioning. Where do you get or how do you do your phytase enzyme?
@truthseeker3967 rye, full grains, whole pea, whole soybeans, whole sunflower seeds have phytase enzyme, can ferment together with sourdough for 2 days to max 5days (it will get sour) The closer to 38C and the more sour/acidic the faster phytase works Some plants like beans and lentils can shed some more anti nutrients after pressure cooking for 30-60 minutes on high pressure high heat
Ok so I used a nut milk bag to strain but so much of the hemp hearts got filtered out, did the milk lose the benefit of the hemp hearts? Also it took a very long time to strain with the nut milk bag. I tried the stained but that didn’t strain hardly anything. Thoughts anyone??? I would love to know so I can incorporate this into my diet.
I recently decided to start making my own hemp milk and while I like the nutty flavour I can't get over the "earthy" flavour. I'm the beginning it was just hemp seeds & water. As I added more water, vanilla & honey it got better but I still can't get over the "earthy" flavouring. What else can I hide to mask it??? *without adding strawberries or cacao*
Yes, hemp definitely has a noticeable flavor! I think I've gotten used to it over time, but I'm not sure how else you can mask it other than adding extra flavorings. Maybe try serving it with something delicious, like homemade granola? I use it in smoothies for the added protein.
@@sherril.562 I eventually found a combination that suits me (still perfecting it). Roasting the a *tiny* bit helps with the earthy flavour that I dislike so much. The nutty flavour doesn't bother me so much because the dates and vanilla (not too much) help with that. It's a bit of a long process but worth it.
@@leena1880 I think if you don't like hemp seeds, it will be mentally Sisyphean to make hemp milk all the time. I don't like avocados and eventually I just gave up trying to add them to my smoothies despite how many people love them.
Since 1/2 cup of hemp hearts make 4 cups of milk per her recipe, you want to make 1 cup (250 ml) so divide hemp hearts amount by 4. So 1/8 cup of hemp hearts for 250 ml of milk.
@@DetoxinistaRecipes Thanks. I went ahead and tried your hemp milk recipe just as you mentioned for the creamier version with chocolate. It froze into ice pops nicely, even without the added fat source I will try when I give it a go in ice cream. As an ice pop, it did separate while freezing but the taste was good in the separated part and the texture was like ice milk. I'm going to try it with coffee instead of water next batch of ice pops! Thanks for this Nut-Free milk option!!
Oh my God, could you not use gloves why do people make these videos and not use gloves? I don’t care how clean you are you still have microscopic crap under your fingernails and then you’re gonna drink that I don’t think so.
Awesome. now my hemp hearts won't sit in the cupboard forever! Thank you.

Therefore, when I buy organic hemp milk, I should add agave for the sweetener and sea salt to alkaline correct?

Love that there is no soaking involved, thank you for sharing! Love the different flavor choices too 🙂
Hope you'll enjoy it!
I was just wondering that…so you don’t need to soak?
I am going to try all 3! Thank you for sharing these delicious, healthy & cruelty-free recipes 😋
That looks delicious!!! Gotta try this!!! 😋

I’m making hemp milk for my baby . A Muslim cloth / cheese cloth to strain if you don’t have a nut strainer

I'm thinking of switching over to hemp milk from cows milk, cos I like alternative and am not allergic to nuts either.
Is it good for foaming with coffee for a latte?

Hi, why do you use shelled seeds? They have less fibre.... thank you
Very interesting 🤔, I don't like dates. But will use another sweetener to my taste. Thanks 👍

can you heat it up for porridge

Can this kind of Hemp Milk be used in making vegan Ice Cream?

Can I soak the hemp seeds and use them to make milk?
Sure, I don't see why not!
Can I leave out the dates and maple syrup?
Yes, you can if you want to. I don't love the flavor of hemp on its own, which is why I add them in. But, it's totally up to you!
To much water for only half cup of hemp
