As every university student: credits, lots of credits, without having to do exams :') (also, since it won't be possible for me to drink for a while, some alcohol free recipes ;) ;) )
The positivity coming out of this and every video you post is incredible. As a bartender, you inspire me and I just found out one of my co-workers loves your content too! We were talking about eggnog and he said he was making a tropical version this year and I said, are you going to bring it to the grinch and he immediately understood and smiled. Thanks for everything you do as a creator and for the cocktail community around the world!
The idea of an hour consultancy with you is so geeky cool I can't stand it! But I'd be too intimidated. I don't have a strong enough cocktail game to spend an hour asking you questions. I'd be saying stuff like 'rum is really good, right?' 🤣🤣
The whole video feels as if it is made by the world's best bartender. Such love to details. Kudos to you, Mr. Kos, hopefully one day there would be a bar named after you!
OMG just discovered your channel and love the inspiration and ideas to spice up my cocktail game. I love making homemade gifts and can hardly wait to try some of these!
Excellent ideas, as always. If you wish, I can send a home video on the correct use of the mortar for pounding, telling me where I can send it, if it is always welcome. Always a greeting from Italy.
As always, outstanding video Kevin!! Definitely gonna try the Winter Spice Bitter! I've got a quick question: I assume you're based in Slovenia, right? If I am correct, how do you got access to Liber and Co. products? I am Italy based and never find them, neither online nor in physical shops. Any suggestions? Thanks and cheers from Italy!
Hi kevin I am looking to buy a baking scale as a gift and noticed you do not have your larger scale linked, do you know what one you use or could recommend? thanks.
If the syrup is stored correctly, it should be good for a month at least. This is because it has acids in it. Already bottled should be ok for two weeks at least, although it has to be good for even longer.
@@KevinKos Thanks! Not an avid soda drinker, I'll have to engineer some way to get it stable enough to be worth making (some ingredients would be hardly used for something else).
So the traditional way takes about 2 weeks, you can see how I made orange bitters here: ruclips.net/video/RtFBIwUTYEY/видео.html There's also the middle ground, making them in a sous vide, which I did for the allspice bitters: ruclips.net/video/vO06u6hvlHs/видео.html
@@KevinKos Thank you! I realized I made that confusing by calling it the "old fashioned way" in a video that includes an Old Fashioned. I appreciate your answer!

I don't know how you manage to consistently raise the bar with each new episode, Kevin and team! 🤯
You're too kind! We appreciate the feedback and thank you for the support! Cheers, my friend 🥂
My guess is a car jack under the table.
Sorry.
Great video as always Cocktail Time team! Thanks for the mention! 🙏 🎉❤
With pleasure! The book is excellent! Cheers!

This means a lot! Thank you so much! Although going into a bar named by me would be a pleasant experience for sure 😃🥂

Awesome! Thank you!
Brilliant video as always :)
My girlfriend is getting me an Isi whipper for Christmas so will be trying these bitters for sure!
The isi is such a useful tool, Stewart, you've got a great girlfriend! Enjoy the bitters, the cocktails and the experiments, cheers!
More ideas for gifting is always nice.
Thank you, enjoy the holidays!
Some great gift ideas!! 💡💡
Thanks, guys! Hope you have amazing holidays!
No more struggling with gift ideas, time to wrap it up 😂
I’m going to have to try the bitters idea for my brother in law
Great episode and info
This was a really good episode. So many great ideas.
Thank you so much! Cheers!
I have been loving Jack Daniel single barrel barrel proof for old fashions! 👌🏼
Great choice!
Excellent ideas, as always. If you wish, I can send a home video on the correct use of the mortar for pounding, telling me where I can send it, if it is always welcome. Always a greeting from Italy.
Perfect! Will make the eggnog! 🤩
Can't have the holidays without some 'nog! Cheers, Sašo!
I’ll love to see how will you make coquito. A traditional holiday drink from Puerto Rico, it reminds me of eggnog.
Thank you for the suggestion! Cheers!
Great video. Thanks! Exactly what I emailed you about.
Thank you!
Is eggnog safe for Salmonella? How long does it last bottled and how should it be stored?

Can you please make a pre-batched daiquiri and calculate please
Thank you for the idea. It will be made for sure!
Oh, I would love to be gifted a quality strainer 💕
It really is a must in a home or professional bar 🥂
Do you have a recommended supplier of cinchona bark and wormwood?
Kevin, can you share the exact recipe for cola syrup?
Of course, check it out in full detail here: ruclips.net/video/PENrLKgxyo0/видео.html
Oooh thanks Kevin!😍
My favorite whisky for an OF is the one they make with agave instead of grains, does it still count? 😂
Ah yes, Mexican whiskey 🤩 Sure it does, and an añejo tequila would pair nicely with these bitters too!
Hi kevin I am looking to buy a baking scale as a gift and noticed you do not have your larger scale linked, do you know what one you use or could recommend? thanks.
I bought one in a store nearby. Mine is a bit different because it runs on a power made by a dynamo, but any other works as great too.
Please hire me in your bar 🙏🙏
One day I think I'll make that cola. Not soon, but I'm curious. What do you think is the shelf life of the syrup and already bottled?
If the syrup is stored correctly, it should be good for a month at least. This is because it has acids in it. Already bottled should be ok for two weeks at least, although it has to be good for even longer.

Your Liber discount code doesn't seem to work
Oh man, thanks for letting me know! I contacted them right away and we got it all sorted out, the code is working now. Cheers!
How long would the bitters take if you were to do it the old fashioned way?

Nooo, don't torture the Gingerbread Man just to garnish the eggnog! :´(
(Also please refrain from using powdered reindeer...)
Oh that eggnog looks putrid.
