I will definately check out Deodoc. I get extremely painful heavy periods and they last for 7 days plus. I used a hot water bottle and massage body oils into my skin. Hopefully decodoc will help. 😀

Would love to hear more science based beauty and health recommendations to meet expectations of informed customers. Like discussing lack of scientific backing for ingesting collagen or if you’re recommending vitamin c supplements, having a trained person discuss the benefits of vitamin c, when to take it, how to take it etc. Would elevate your recommendations so much more to have a more researched and thoughtful approach.

Nice collection, Lu. Have to say I’ve had the worst customer service experience with Matches, which went on for weeks at end. A right nightmare. They’ve got great stuff and are good at shipping it out (I paid £12 for fast shipping too), but try returning a damaged item and you’re stuck in customer service hell.
Had to skip the last beauty part because as always she says 'um' um um um in between every couple of words and i just cant concentrate or understand sorry... please teach and train your staff Sheerluxe because i normally buy a lot of your beauty recommendations.
@@alicew3563 I know. right.. few other staff used to um um too but got better over the years but this one is prolific. It's really a major part of training media folk (i'm a graduate myself) and I can' believe they miss such important things. If they're presenting regularly, they must be trained. This would never be allowed on a regular T.V show.
