      Appreciate your words. The sacrifice was because of my own bad choices and decisions. I do not make these videos because I am proud of being in prison, I make them to bring awareness to what the conditions are like inside, to answer the questions of those who are interested, and hopefully to prevent people from going inside! The experience hurt my life badly. I've been home 11 years now and still struggle with many issues because of the experience.

      @@scotts24d I was charged with murder 2nd degree when I was twenty-four years old. It was not something that was planned, nor something I wanted to happen, but the truth is, is was a matter of time because of the way I was living my life. I was reckless since an early teenager, for a variety of reasons. It's a long story. I ended up pleading guilty to the charge of manslaughter and was sentenced to 12 to 25 years. The prison experience changed me in countless ways, both positive and negative. I was always a good kid, and a good man with a heart of gold growing up, but I became lost, addicted, and subconsciously felt a desire to prove myself to the world, and to myself. Again, it's a long story. I spent my time incarcerated studying human psychology, child psychology, abnormal behavior, then spent many years studying political science. I studied religions as well, extensively. As most prisoners were still casting blame, I accepted personal responsibility and tried to figure out 'why' I made the decisions I did in the past. The system doesn't help anyone figure that out, the system is corrupt in many ways.

      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON Most people don't realize they are only one bad decision from prison. My life is much better since I gave my life to Jesus Christ in jail. I honestly thought I may very well die there because I had been on prescribed benzodiazepines for 10 consecutive years. They took me off it in 3 weeks !!! Benzodiazepine withdrawal is supposed to take months, even up to a year. I was on the top bunk, thinking I was both going crazy and dying. They are hands down the most dangerous drug to withdraw from. My body would jerk violently every day and night, almost threw me off the bunk. I literally begged and pleaded with them to not reduce my dose so quickly. You know how that went. I wish you the best as you go on with your life.

    Rikers Riverhead & even Nassau county too.
    Gave NYS DOC 16 plus myself. 26 years Latin King. Never made it to the Swing but Attica, Elmira, GreenHaven, 5 Points, Auburn, Southport, a few SHU's & Wyoming, Green & Washington.
    But did hit Queensboro after Downstate after maxing most of my PV fighting it & kinda beat it. But still got that PV.

      Glad you are home. After Sing Sing I went to Attica for seven years. No prisons are good but Attica was the best out of all of them to do serious time. The stories are endless. I've been home 11 years now and live right, work hard, no drama. I still visit a few old friends up there, make sure they're okay.

    • @corvettefever360
      @corvettefever360 2 дня назад

      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON you too bro. Attica actually is a decent place to do time however, it's not us who are something to worry about, it's them C.O.'s . Like OMG they are on some shit. Same at Wyoming next door.
      Get back to a medium, Wyoming, get caught up on some shit from a bro you snitch over a dirty, & we get scooped from the G.I.'s & next thing ya know, lost date, & a year in Lakeview S block. Then Attica.
      In truth, I prefer a Max over a medium any day. Mediums are too loose, actually more dangerous in my opinion cuz it's so unpredictable. People forget where they are, short timers, long timers, some nobody trying to prove themselves. Etc etc. It chaos.
      Behind the wall, if you forget where you are, you will get checked real quick. And you know what it is & who you dealing with. Of course there's bozos but for most part, dudes aren't gonna just make a movie. They are set in their grind, visits, trailers maybe, a long time job which is also a hustle, so if you violate the codes/rules, someone gonna take your head off, you may loose your life. Just for making someone have to loose all that. Cuz you know where you are & you think that slick shit gonna fly? Nah definitely not!
      There are real consequences, so most of the time dudes know how to act.
      For instance, when I got to Attica, I quarantine on A block, where the C.O was smacking night stick in hand,
      all like you been Here before? No sir. Been to max before? Yes sir. You head about Attica before? Yes sir. Well guess what? You cause me any issues I'll break your head throw you down these stairs & press assault charges on you! Notice no cameras. He meant it trust me I seen worse.
      Get to C block, some huge jacked black dude coming down stairs, bumps me & says pardon me. Mind you I'm in shape, a white latino mix, Latin King but he doesn't know. Plus he's a big homie (Blood). Easily could have been screw you white boy & probably beat my ass keeping it 100. But was respectful. He been doing time & it showed. Cuz some punk little nobody can stick you in neck like at mess hall or whatever. That's prison. Don't wanna be a punk his whole bid. Gonna make a name. So point is, I seen this alot behind the wall where dudes bugging, inviting men to their joints etc etc in mediums. And these were bad / disciplinary mediums too. Like WTF?

      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON yo my bad on that long ass text but yi gotta talk to another NYer. You from Strong Island Long Island? Suffolk or Nassau county?
      After Brooklyn came to Suffolk, Brentwood, Ronkonkoma area. And some back & forth between Suffolk & Boros.
      Down in South Carolina last few years. But yeah I'm too old for all that extra stuff now. Got a family, go to work. No drama, not out there being some gangsta or anything. You did alot of time too, so you already know they can take your life quick like. Here hold this 20 or whatever. Loose alot, alot of people along the way. Anyways enjoy your freedom brother

  • @AFRO_KEEN
    @AFRO_KEEN 2 часа назад +1

    I listen because anybody can end up in prison. A simple argument over a parking space can cause you to end up in prison. There are cops, presidents, politicians, ministers, etc. that end up with felony convictions. It just takes one simple act and accusation.

    • @22CONSERVATIVEFELON
      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON  Час назад

      Without a doubt! As I have explained in my previous videos, my father was a police lieutenant, my grandfather was the police commissioner, and my grandmother has amazing connection in the political world. They had juice! I lived in a nice neighborhood. I ruined it all because I was addicted, I was impulsive. Yes, over a parking spot you can end up with 25 to life in prison. People don't realize what can happen. As an example; I was arrested many times in my life, over seven violent assaults, three assaults on police with a weapon, spent my life in detention centers, psy. hospitals, jails, then 17 years straight in prison for murder; and just several weeks ago some guy on the road cut me off real bad, and just because I tapped on my horn he jumps out of the car and comes up to my window yelling and screaming, telling me he's going to beat my ass if I get out. This guy was in the wrong in the first place and was threatening me, with no idea that if I got out of the car he would most likely end up in the hospital if not worse. If it was many years ago before I learned self control he would have been sorry. My point is, he had no idea who he was threatening! People are stupid, have no common sense, and so I teach the youth to live correctly, because you never know who's who!

    • @22CONSERVATIVEFELON

      No, the prison does not continue whatever meds the person is on. They 'may' continue the meds you are on if they are non-narcotic, or give you something similar if they see justification. As far as any narcotics, that's pretty much over regardless of what any doctor says out in the world.

      Depressing isn't the word to describe Sing Sing! It is a dirty, lonely, depressing, disgusting place! It is so deplorable inside it should be closed down. When they moved me into a cell I took a small piece of tissue paper, lit it on fire and threw it into the foot locker they supply in each cell. Over a thousand roaches came running out! There were dead cats in the catwalks, live cats running around the prison, and the guards that work there are right from the NYC projects which means the place runs like a jungle. I deserved to be there though. I made bad choices and decisions growing up, for reasons to extensive to get into. Now, at 52 years old, home for 11 years, it still haunts me

    In ny state while in prison what happens to depth credit cards student loan child support do they take all fines court cost do they take any money sent to you and devide it up among the depts what happens if it's know they will get beat up because of the charges convicted of
    I thought they are in cell 23 hours a day with one hour single man recreation

    • @22CONSERVATIVEFELON
      @22CONSERVATIVEFELON  День назад

      As far as having debt when you go into prison; when it comes to child support, usually they will take a percentage of the money you receive in there, but it all depends on the court rulings. As far as things like credit card debt, usually you just have to deal with that when you get released, the prison doesn't care much about that. That is not a definite answer, it all depends on what the court rules. As as far someone getting beat up because they have 'bad charges' like rape of abusing a child, no, they are not locked in their cell 23 hours a day unless they sign into protective custody (PC) and even when they sign in they usually get beat up and extorted anyway.
