Respect to SA for putting in a very good performance. You tested the AB’s which I am thankful for as a Kiwi. I’m not bothered by the singing in the background, it’s banter at the end of the day. The Boks faces the Haka which is what matters. Crowds and fans tend to get on their high horses over these things when it’s about the players and the teams. Look at the respect displayed after the game particularly saith saveea on one knee supporting his opposition and SBW. Much respect between the sides and players. Creates such a great atmosphere. + like you said, it's only going rev up the AB's even more. All for it.

Who on earth wants to attempt to sing a stupid chant over the thrill of hearing a live haka?!
Why don't they do this in cricket?
@@AxilRod72 because you don't have any culture that's why🤷
I would. It's a sports stadium, not a library.
@@AxilRod72 the haka isn't used to intimidate the opponents they are used to challenge them to a battle, same goes for other pacific island teams. France have done well over the years accepting the challenge by walking towards the haka.
Rather see the opposing team respond, not the crowd.
I respect all blacks love from South African
As the years go by, the hakas just get better and better
Respect to SA for putting in a very good performance. You tested the AB’s which I am thankful for as a Kiwi. I’m not bothered by the singing in the background, it’s banter at the end of the day. The Boks faces the Haka which is what matters. Crowds and fans tend to get on their high horses over these things when it’s about the players and the teams.
Look at the respect displayed after the game particularly saith saveea on one knee supporting his opposition and SBW. Much respect between the sides and players. Fans need to take a leaf outta their book and respect each other, other wise you sound like a bunch of rowdy soccer supporters.
DEMONETISE ME so well said mate. When I saw all the congratulating and commiserating going on at the whistle, it made me so proud to be a rugby fan. I love what the AB and Bokke are doing for our beautiful game.
Michael R Annis couldn’t agree more! Go ABs!!!
Well said brother. Hope we meet in the finals for the 100th test match between us
So well said, love the class Kiwis have, beautiful rugby culture ye have. Respect to the Boks too, top class side, from an Irishman. ☘
OLE....... OLE OLE OLEEEEEE Thank you for the disrespect. It fires our Champion All Blacks up everytime *BACKBLACK*
Letsgoooooo! Abs 💪🏾
Let's gooooo Tonga!
Yofukyo
Disrespect? Nah, wouldn't go as far as calling it that. The Haka is a challenge. Everyone should be allowed to respond to a challenge. Whether that be the crowd, or the opposing team. Loved seeing France step up to it in the 2011 final and the old days when Lomu was right in the face of the Boks. Creates such a great atmosphere. + like you said, it's only going rev up the AB's even more. All for it.
If you think that is disrespect.....
you are a little girl
It's always great when the crowd add some disrespect to the Haka, I say this because everytime a team or a crowd disrespected the haka that the All blacks hit back with skill on the field.
Yeah I'm sure that makes any kind of difference to how they play. "Ok lads let's only put in 100% if they show us some disrespect"
@@96LIAM96HD Well it does theres been proof of such actions in recent years gone past for example 07 to now.
And the fact that you took what I said out of context makes me question if you really understood what I said.
@@96LIAM96HD do you have zero idea how adrenaline works my dude? When you are doing an ancient tribal tradition and people disrespect it makes you angry. A lot of rugby teams play better angry, especially the NBs
No better rival in Rugby than the Mighty All Blacks & the South African Spring boks. As a Kiwi n die hard All Blacks Disciple, its so good to see South African rugby coming back to its peak after many years of trials n era. We leave the KAPA o PAGO Haka for special occassions, and over the decades, years...The Mighty Bokkas has always been our numero uno Rivals. South African here … it’s an awesome tradition and sight to behold , I’m sure for the boks it’s an honor to face . Always respected . 🇳🇿🇿🇦
Anthems were not up to its usual standard and the crowd was hella disrespectful
Coming from a Maori (native new zealander), I do not think it was disrespectful. We're using a tactic to get a mental advantage, so why shouldn't the opposite team/supporters not be aloud to respond in their own way? Just my opinion
Yeah and performing a war dance at a rugby tournament is a bit of overkill don’t ya think
@@apomtaylor8054 I could'nt agree more! Those who say pple shouldn't react to the haka have never been on a rugby field, facing the opponent, just before the begining of a game. I think being able to perform the haka gives an advantage in terms of intimidation and mental state.
@@apomtaylor8054 totally agree. Whats more. The less silent the crowd, the more confidence they gain. Its not worth if you have no opposition.
@@cappygolucky Everyone seems to think the haka is just some "war dance". It really means much more than that. I'm not going to be that guy that gives the entire history of the haka, because every time I do that people just do not understand. That's fine tho...
Need some better on field sound equipment for the Haka.
And better cameramen
The cameramen who are there between the two teams shouldn't be there. When a challenge is being laid down, no third party should stand between the two protagonists. I'm sure I was told that by a Maori when I was in NZ.

@@CaesarSonOfMars I'm so sick of seeing these comments. Stop whining and blaming the ref for the loss. There were many calls missed on BOTH sides. What about what should have been a professional foul, or all the knock ons and countless of high tackles made from the boks, that they didn't get pulled up for. Yes All Blacks did some stupid things as well but they were definitely not the only team on the field that got away with things.
