- Great day metal detecting on invited permission , some lovely finds, thanks to Becka.
Well done on the finds. Splann!....You and the crew have cheered me up Colin👍. Made my day watchin' and listenin' in. It always does..Our accents differ but that unmistakeable natural wild vibe is there! I saw on YT there is quite a large club operating over in mid-Cornwall. I tuned-in yesterday expecting some Kernowek lunacy. Not one Cornish accent did I hear Colin; not the one, no "say it quick and get on" banter. No "safran". So please stay wild oll☘ 😉👊😎🏴☠
Always good banter on club digs Tim, yea us Norn Iron folks dish out a fair bit of it , but we can take it too, if I were to include all of the interactions and conversations id get banned off youtube ffs, 😁.Glad I brightened your day , few more club digs comming up soon so hopefully the finds continue/ As always thanks for your support, ya legend.
@@thecoinwhisperermetaldetec2523 If the dig I watched in Cornwall was Cornish, only 'us wild lot of peoples', would understand what was being said! We chop the English language to pieces, throw in some old Cornish and...you know.. I used to come over to Knockeens, Drinan: Cork to work in the '80's. The people and me clicked. I had some fine times. I was "fed well".. Down around Bantry was/is lovely wild and free. There are choughs there tame's a crow can be. Makes me 'airs stand 😉😊.

The "Viking" brooch looks more like an 18th century horse decoration. Please be aware that rubbing silver coins whilst covered in soil has the same effect as rubbing the surface with sandpaper. One day you will find something really valuable and knock hundreds of its value doing this. Andy

What a great question, ill take it you are a brother from across the pond. The Chosen Few are a metal detecting club based here in Northern Ireland, Becka is a member of the Chosen Few, she has her own private permission which is an area of land owned by a local farmer , she just invited us onto it to detect for the day.
