I hope your appointments go well! Don't worry, nothing but neutral to positive news health wise. Just a huge change that I didn't want to make public, just to the channel members. You know how ridiculous people can get when it comes to a lot of things that would never affect them, but somehow they perceive that they're impacted and their negative opinions matter. Lol in a few hours things will be a bit different for me, so I wanted to make the announcement now before I go mostly offline other than comments here and there.

I'm having far too much fun for such a simple task! 😂 It sure does, I'm very glad we made the switch. Much larger footprint, but at least double the fun! 😎

Solar solar solar! I wish all you guys would quit it with the solar panels. You keep draining the sun with more and more and more panels. If you completely drain the sun, it's not like we can just plant another sun!!! We already don't get enough sun, here in the pacific northwest! Come on, man!

The power station is a great piece of equipment, especially with solar panels. I have a 1600w Ecoflow with a portable 160w panel that I use off grid to run my Starlink system and television. Output about 75-125w depending on use of television and input 125-130w. I can run as long as I need it if the sun is out without losing charge in the power station. I also have a 1000w Ecoflow I use for computer, phones and iPad with 2-100w portable panels. Of course I have a 4000w generator on my Entegra 25R, but like you, I do not like using it unless no sun. Keep up the great bus video build, that is very enjoyable. Oh, BTW, I think everyone in Texas has a shop vac! We're kind of messy in our garages.

Nice!! One thing I wondered about those power stations, is there one that has an internal battery one can swap out? Or if it fails the thing is just toast? Those complainers can come clean my trailer any old time too lol.
I hope you keep.us up on the birdies!!
    Another fun vid!

That's a great question and absolutely my biggest concern with an all in one like this. There are definitely a few more screws to gain access to, but they are repairable down the road, thankfully! They just hide the screws very well. Otherwise it's a charger, converter, inverter and tiny battery cell package all in one with fancy handles and a screen. I like my separated setup just fine, but this little package is actually growing on me here and I'm considering how I might integrate it, if only for an uninterruptible power supply option for our Wyze Cam, router and maybe fridhe. 🤔 And I sure will!🐣

Bluetti 180T has 2 swappable batteries, which also works with their cooler.

I have 3 EcoFlows, they worked great during power outages. Only thing I don't like is you have to discharge them to 30% and charge them back to 80% every 3 months if you don't use them for a while. It basically takes all day to do.

I too have pondered the question of whether it’s worth it to build your own system, now that these all in one solutions have come down in price. I have a couple of EcoFlow units for home backups and the app is really nice to have. That’s a bit harder to do on a homemade system. However, I feel the equation changes as you add batteries. The EcoFlow batteries have the advantage of charging through the main unit, but they cost twice as much as a stand alone battery. I look forward to hearing your take on it. And… 12K subs! Well done!

They really have come down lately, I wouldn't have even considered one previously! I'll have to do a video with a direct side by side comparison of the two after I figure out if there are any quirks to this exact unit I have. The UPS function of these is awesome, I thought I read the EcoFlow has that too! And thank you. ☺️
