Hey Sherri you should try rolling your clothes even if you use packing cubes. It reduces wrinkles and saves so much space. You could even do a head to head challenge testing out rolling versus folding video !

Have you considered purchasing the larger items on Amazon and shipping them directly to your pre-cruise hotel? I generally call ahead to the hotel to make sure they allow the deliveries and to confirm what needs to be on the label, but it helps avoid the mark up prices in "vacation" areas.

I ended up buying a wrap on our last cruise at the NCL $10 sale! :) I tend to run warm, so I don't often use it at home, but I am definitely bringing it along on our next cruise.
I love doing this. I went to Walmart in Florida and picked up the stuff I couldn't do on the plane including a cheap wine opener that I gave away before I went home.
Oh what a good tip to unzip the extender before closing the suitcase, then zip it back up - I think carry on might just be possible 🤔 I need another set of packing cubes! 😀

You’re fine, when I pack for vacation, I pack extras...as long it all fits in a carry-on. I’m an OCD person, and love what she did with her clothing with hangers...you can take your time when folding and listen to some music while you’re working on the packing. Everything will be ok..🥰

You mentioned that your husband will buy a big can of shaving cream...before you folks leave, have him try shaving with whatever he washes his face with. He'll wash his face, rinse, and then add a toutch of facewash\soap to the area he's going to shave. It should be just as comfortable as shaving cream, but it's a smaller package. Another thing to try is shaving with a little bit of hair conditioner. Just a dab should do the trick.

omg Sheri i have to have those beautiful Michael Kors shoes . Another great packing video , just out of interest what can your carryon weigh in the US , ours on domestic flight can only be 5kg/ 11pounds which makes it hard sometimes to just do carryon.
When I've flown, I've only had to worry about size..not weight..they don't get weighed...but need to fit in a certain size category (width/height/length)...that is all...so they can fit in the overheads.

Hi! Love your You Tube videos. We are planning a 9 night Eastern Caribbean cruise on Royal later this month. There are 8 of us including 3 teens. Not everyone coming is a dress wearer or a dress shoe wearer. Can flip flops be worn in the Windjammer? Can sandals be worn in the main dining room for dinner? Can shorts be worn in the main dining room for lunch? Can we wear pants and a dressy shirt for formal nights? Can kids wear vans type shoes (laceless tennis shoes) to the dining room for any night? Are capris ok for the dining room? When I Googled these questions, I found many different answers. When I went on Royal’s website, I only found general questions and answers but nothing this specific. I appreciate you answering these questions. Thx very much!!!
The answer is pretty much yes to all of your questions. While you cannot go into the main dining room on formal night in flip-flops and jeans you could opt to go to the buffet and wear shorts and flip-flops the entire cruise. I know people who do this and the wonderful thing about cruising is it it’s becoming a very flexible environment. Yes shorts are fine in the main dining room for lunch and most nights they are also fine for dinner. Kids can absolutely wear vans type shoes any nights. I typically put my kid and tennis shoes on formal nights and no one‘s ever said a thing. Capri pants are absolutely OK in the dining room as well.
Hey Sheri, what are the dimensions of your carry on suitcase? They look way bigger than the ones we use. I don't think I could pack enough stuff in my tiny carry on luggage :( I think Canada has different carry on rules.

I loved watching how you can fit so much in those cubes that fit perfectly into a carrying on. Simply amazing! But I wanted to comment about the sticky bra thing. I bought two different styles for our december cruise last year and I could not get them to work!? I have no idea what I was doing wrong but they looked horrible so I wasn't able to wear them and after must frustration just went braless! LMAO One day you have to have a tutorial on how use those things the correct way. Bc It was definitely operator error going on in our cabins. Even my daughter and best friend joined in to assist! I was sweating by the end! Quite the adventure I must say! LMAO Loving this channel, okay now on to Seaside.

Sheri you should try shampoo and shaving bars ,not liquid so can be put straight into your wash bag, and they reduce waste.

Packing a cube for each family member for the hotel stay is a great idea! We will be trying that. Headed to the Bahamas next week on Carnival Elation.

You can also use that ring light attached to a travel mirror as extra lighting.

Yes,...fine for both on carryon; have done it many times, and have not had it taken away...even small nail scissors were fine on carry on!
