Sir we have passed polytechnic from 2019 and have passed ITI from 2021. Present time I am doing apprentice in UPPCL. After 1 year, I want apprentice in railway on the basis of ITI, then is it possible to get apprentice in railway or not?

My company is deducting 1500 from salary saying 1500 is provided by govt for naps so we will deduct from salary
