  • A hybrid memorial is an in-person gathering with a virtual element for those who are unable to attend in person. A virtual memorial or virtual funeral is like an in-person service but it’s conducted completely online with family and friends participating virtually via video conference.
Holding your own hybrid or completely virtual memorial service can be easily accomplished with the right guidance. Funeral event planning and online memorialization experts, Christina Andreola and Mandy Benoualid will show you how.
Christina Andreola is the owner and founder of New Narrative Events. After the loss of her uncle in 2017, Christina recognized a need for an event planning company that specializes in end of life events. She has personally worked with hundreds of families to create meaningful events that incorporate in-person attendance with virtual guests.
Mandy Benoualid is the co-founder and President of Keeper Memorials, an online memorial platform, and virtual & hybrid funeral service provider. Since 2013, thousands of families, along with cemeteries and funeral homes across North America use Keeper’s platform to share stories of the departed. Mandy is also the co-founder and Editor of the death positive media site, TalkDeath.com and host of the #TalkDeath web series.
This will be an extremely informative event that is led by two industry experts who are eager to share their knowledge and hands-on experience with you.

This is great, and just what I needed to plan a hybrid service for a dear friend. Did you realize that your screen size doesn't match your video so that the left hand side of the screen is hidden as is the right side, and therefore half the face of the speaker.
