I have noticed that Grandma's posture is bent like that due to the work lifestyle at home. I wonder if Koreans can start using a long-handled "Ho mi" to weed out the field, etc. Then one doesn't have to squat down so much but stand up most of the time while you are working in the field. Western "Ho mi" is square or rectangular shaped. Google to see the pictures of what American gardening tools look like and adopt yourselves with a few more convenient tools to work with. With new changes, one can have a normal posture even at a ripe old age like this grandma. Thank you.
