Hello, I want to know that in which section of your social networking programs can I ask questions about English grammar and be sure that it will be answered by an English expert?
@@bbclearningenglish Thanks. For the first question, why did you use an exclamation mark (!) instead of a dot sign (.) at the end of your reply sentence?
I studied grammar quite well at school so I'm pretty good at using punctuation. However, in English, I'm struggling to put commas in the correct places.
Punctuation is very important whatever the language, but in English seems to be a bit more difficult to see it. This is so serious that sometimes I have difficulty understanding some texts. It seems that in Latin languages and there countries it is more usual to use punctuation in a wide way.

Yes, but emoticon aren't always used in a ironic way, so it's not obvious, so for me, it's more intelligent to keep the ironic speech only when you talk directly to people face to face..... and we don"t always have the oportunity to see everytime clearly the emoticon, I think, most of the time emotical couldn't be used so often it's more leasyness and ego !
