It’s a different voice actor the creator of the swap animation used a different voice actor and that voice actor made his voice similar to the regular voice actor

Honestly the voice acting of nezuko is good but perhaps adding more rasp would make sense when she gets mad.. I notice the few dubs I watched lack the anger part, normal and upset it makes sense but the loudness and voice tone of anger isn't there

A good practice is to imagine the insulted one as your own, and feel genuinely insulted on their part. Tanjiro as the protective brother is genuinely cute. Nezuko being the protective sister is also cute, but the level of emoting needs work.
