Your saying is focus on your main unique selling point (USP) and build it quickly. Then, improve it based on product feedback

Sir, how can we improve our communication skills? How can we speak and write better in English? What are your suggestions?

Posthog is also great for tracking user activity on the application. With session replay I can see if user is confused about something or not using the application as I intended.

As a freelancer i also give this advice .. no bro the admin page for uploading a file does not have to be pixel perfect or match the theme of the application. Its goog if it does but some customers just don't get this point. Django admin is good for most of the admin cases.

MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is a basic version of a product with just enough features to satisfy early users and gather their feedback if they are liking the product or not. It is built to launch quickly, test the market and then make improvements based on user feedback.
