Did this on their return in WOTLK, started playing during TBC so never did on vanilla but dunno why they still need to test it, haven't played WoW for years now but why they are not implementing scaling like in normal raids, they already had 2 versions of naxx and they still need to test it, shame...

@@ozo012 it is a combination, it is hitting the person with the highest hp among the top 4 threat people, so hatefuil strike tanks need both hp and threat
