i have soultion for this game just run game and open task manager and close the watchdogs 2 end task and again repeat this step and second time game will open

If you have msi afterburner running on your system, close it. It solved my problem.
Previously it said u trusted file dgbhelp. Now after using your solution it totally crashes and wants me to send error repott to ubisoft
I wasn't gettimg that error, rather I was getting the untrusted file error involving one of my system32 files, atiadlxx.dll
Then delete those files

In the WATCH_DOGS2\bin delete the file called "DbgHelp.dll"
Deleting didn't help. Dont have WhatsApp
