I like commentary on stuff that isn't obvious. I probably won't become a professional landscaper/mower but enjoy it as a hobby for my own lawn. I also didn't mind the gospel/sermons you had during your time lapses. I'm not even religious but the powerful messages while watching you work between work and philosophy were great.
I know this is an old one but the bit about the legally blind lawn maintenance guy was great.. I am also legally blind and have been very lucky to find employers who looked past my disability. The blind have a really hard time finding work so anything we can do to support blind business owners is awesome!

But let them know that even if they are stupid you still value them enough to put them in a safe place, to reflect on their stupidity... I was a police officer back in the ‘90’s and we had situation where there was a guy wanting to get high from Freon. He cut a line at an apartment complex and put his mouth on it. The Freon was still liquid and it froze his insides. We found him laying on top of the compressor stone cold dead. It’s nothing to be playing with.
I saw a medical examiner show describing a kid under 15 who was found dead in the swimming pool. He had been sniffing propane in the water ,passed out dead. No water in his lungs was the tipoff to manner of death.

I had so much going on this year between out of state commitments, helping mom and dad movin in and get there house ready for sale that I was unable to start planting this year. The flowers that I did plant I enjoyed but not nearly as much as the cows. They got in the yard and made a quick midnight snack of them lol We are going to be planting all of the flowers in the spring. I will be sure to film it and share it with the channel. I never expected so many people to send so many flowers. This place is going to be beautiful. I will keep the seeds and replant them every year. I just bought a bunch of bulbs. I love seeing daffodils because it means spring is here but my favorites are tulips. I am hoping I still get good germination from the seeds that were sent to us.

Sooo glad you're doing voice over stuff again. I missed it. I watch both channels. Love The boring Channel because it's just relaxing to watch. Helps de-stress, and I love seeing the transformations. BUT, I also love t his channel, because of the talks about business, goals, motivation, and advice. I could do without the religion part, mostly due to my own religious trauma. But I won't fault you for it. There *is* good advice to be had within the bible and the like. I'd like to add that.. I used to do some lawncare as well back in the day. Just a few properties, one of them commercial, as well as taking care of my own stuff around home. But after watching your vids, I've learned a lot. I feel like I would have a much better grasp of doing it at a truly professional level. I've also had a clinical massage therapy business in the past. I feel like with some of the advice from this channel, I'd be able to go back and handle the *business* side of things much better. CRM, Card-on-file, better marketing and advertising, etc. Stuff that *wasn't* covered in my classes.

I could see why with all the trash and items all over this lawn to stick with trimming it , before you mowed it all. I could hear little Travis during the audio of this video. I agree that no matter what you do in life, there will be times where you fail, and God puts those in your way so you can regroup and after looking at why you failed, think of another way to do things to make it work, and also improve yourself and what ever it is your want to do in life.
I like doing the initial edging with an edger and maintaining the groove with a trimmer the rest of the season. Sometimes you might have to break out the edger again for redefinition after a long stretch of rain causes soil displacement.
I knew there had to be a story behind the tool throwing. My dad did that. 😂. I love that you talk about the Word. Some of the sermons you’ve played have really touched me. I specifically remember one that said “don’t just go through it, grow through it.” A couple years ago, I cut a few people out that took more energy than they gave. Including my stepmother. Life is so much calmer now.

I remember this property. It is still fun to see the old ones. I like the commentary. You have very helpful content and you inspire more than you realize. I also like that you share some of the backstory about talking with the neighbors or helping someone else that we would have never known otherwise. Maybe that is just the writer in me. 😅 The head clip with weed eating I agree does make you feel a little dizzy and off especially if there is a lot of it. I agree with you that you can see what is going on really well from that viewpoint. Too bad they don't have mounts for camera at the chest that stabilize. I know that would be a real roller coaster view with how much moving you have to do for the kind of work you do. By the way, the bit with Travis at the beginning made me laugh. Hi Kevin and family. Honestly, I am one of those people who watch youtube on mute. For some strange reason, I left the volume up for this one. I am pleased that I did. I heard lots of things that struck a cord with me. Thank you for mentioning about the costs of things increasing. I live in Nova Scotia, and here, things are getting ridiculously expensive. Also, fun to note that my Dad also used to have an attack turkey. We called him Tom. Tom was very protective of Dad, and his red Ford Ranger. You couldn't get near either one of them if Tom was in the yard. Your positivity and generosity are inspirational. Keep on keeping on!

I've learned a few tricks watching you. I watch both channels and give likes. I like how humble you are. But, honestly I like this one the best. Because of the inspiration that's on it. This channel got me through the first year after my dad's death. It will be 2 years this December. And this channel even watching old videos. Still help me get through a rough day. So thank you. Keep up with the inspirational messages and even your gentle voice over.
Everyone can have inspirational moments. Whether they are a preacher, a cult leader or even a evil person. Just filter out the garbage and take whatever is left to inspire you to do better and be better. Love your videos keep doing the great work you’re doing.

I had so much going on this year between out of state commitments, helping mom and dad movin in and get there house ready for sale that I was unable to start planting this year.
The flowers that I did plant I enjoyed but not nearly as much as the cows. They got in the yard and made a quick midnight snack of them lol
We are going to be planting all of the flowers in the spring. I will be sure to film it and share it with the channel. I never expected so many people to send so many flowers. This place is going to be beautiful. I will keep the seeds and replant them every year. I just bought a bunch of bulbs. I love seeing daffodils because it means spring is here but my favorites are tulips. I am hoping I still get good germination from the seeds that were sent to us.

But what I believe shows your true character is the desire to share our Savior in everything you say & do! That is what I love to hear! I believe everything is brought about by God even when guided by some extent through our choices. I like to use the word blessing myself. I needed the inspiration you shared, and I was inspired to get up, find a job, and am able to pay for my property taxes with out help from my family. I am very proud of that. At my age I felt helpless, but because of your channel I gained confidence and put myself out there in the work force again. Sooo glad you're doing voice over stuff again. I missed it. I watch both channels. Love The boring Channel because it's just relaxing to watch. Helps de-stress, and I love seeing the transformations. BUT, I also love t his channel, because of the talks about business, goals, motivation, and advice. I could do without the religion part, mostly due to my own religious trauma. But I won't fault you for it. There *is* good advice to be had within the bible and the like.
I'd like to add that.. I used to do some lawncare as well back in the day. Just a few properties, one of them commercial, as well as taking care of my own stuff around home. But after watching your vids, I've learned a lot. I feel like I would have a much better grasp of doing it at a truly professional level. I've also had a clinical massage therapy business in the past. I feel like with some of the advice from this channel, I'd be able to go back and handle the *business* side of things much better. CRM, Card-on-file, better marketing and advertising, etc. Stuff that *wasn't* covered in my classes.

Kevin, I so enjoy these videos and your uplifiting attitude, and how you encourage others to do what they love in life and make s business out of it. Awesome. I could see why with all the trash and items all over this lawn to stick with trimming it , before you mowed it all. I could hear little Travis during the audio of this video. I agree that no matter what you do in life, there will be times where you fail, and God puts those in your way so you can regroup and after looking at why you failed, think of another way to do things to make it work, and also improve yourself and what ever it is your want to do in life.
I like doing the initial edging with an edger and maintaining the groove with a trimmer the rest of the season. Sometimes you might have to break out the edger again for redefinition after a long stretch of rain causes soil displacement.
I love that you share your belief and faith no matter the day of the week!
I knew there had to be a story behind the tool throwing. My dad did that. 😂. I love that you talk about the Word. Some of the sermons you’ve played have really touched me. I specifically remember one that said “don’t just go through it, grow through it.” A couple years ago, I cut a few people out that took more energy than they gave. Including my stepmother. Life is so much calmer now.

I remember this property. It is still fun to see the old ones. I like the commentary. You have very helpful content and you inspire more than you realize. I also like that you share some of the backstory about talking with the neighbors or helping someone else that we would have never known otherwise. Maybe that is just the writer in me. 😅
The head clip with weed eating I agree does make you feel a little dizzy and off especially if there is a lot of it. I agree with you that you can see what is going on really well from that viewpoint. Too bad they don't have mounts for camera at the chest that stabilize. I know that would be a real roller coaster view with how much moving you have to do for the kind of work you do.

Hi Kevin and family. Honestly, I am one of those people who watch youtube on mute. For some strange reason, I left the volume up for this one. I am pleased that I did. I heard lots of things that struck a cord with me. Thank you for mentioning about the costs of things increasing. I live in Nova Scotia, and here, things are getting ridiculously expensive. Also, fun to note that my Dad also used to have an attack turkey. We called him Tom. Tom was very protective of Dad, and his red Ford Ranger. You couldn't get near either one of them if Tom was in the yard.

Your advice has helped me maintain a more positive attitude about my job, while also not getting upset at work stuff. It also helps, at least for me, that I can order an McD's iced coffee. Speaking of McD, if you didn't know, McD has special Coke and Diet Coke formulas to compensate for the ice.
