Fun fact: They're actually building an artificial island with a tramway on the northern shore of Tampere right now, just on the other side of the isthmus you built it on.

The way you made the marina gives me an idea or an international airport you could make.
To make a bridge from a harbour or somewhere else leading towards the area around the airport. The airport is built on an artificial island. Basically to inspire it off of Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan.
I love building airports. I will play around with this with the current international airport but I'm not a huge fan of the current airport assets. I'll see if I can come up with something fun though! Thank you for some inspiration!
I think the neighborhood ends quite drastically. You could make some low density communities behind that

It's so unfortunate people can't actually use your custom spaces, parks, and assets, it would be so cool to see them alive and busy
Yeah, do go through and make some of them park areas though which makes it so they can at least walk in the grass and stuff

what are the extra commercial zone types you have?
It's apart of one of the asset packs you can download. I haven't really played around with them to much honestly
How did he make the long car park next to the stadium?
It's apart of the MIO parking lot assets. There are a few of the MIO packs that I have subscribed to. They all seem to work well too which is nice!

I don't think so sadly. I would love to see crowds of people there
You've got a metro system, so why did you waste beautiful seafront with parking lots (around the stadium)?! EEwww! American-level-bad land use! Otherwise looking pretty cool, I learnt a few tips.
