Problems with the Thomas and friends complete series DVDs

I wish these Thomas & Friends complete series dvds were release in the US with the Americian narrations.

Not only that but Australia needs complete series DVDs of the CGI seasons and the UK needs seasons 21-24.

I don’t know if you know this but the reason for the wrong episode ordering is because they’re listed in production order. It says it on the wiki.
Also the cover of the season 11 DVD is actually a promo pic from season 7.
