As a former New Yorker of 14 years (now Californian), my new favorite kind of video lately is from people visiting New York and discovering things I used to live with. The Duncan Donuts segment was funny because, although the donuts are fine, it's not anything special to a New Yorker. Certainly their coffee drinks are not high end. Some people think the regular drip coffee is particularly good, but I never agreed with that--it gets you by at the airport though. Your hotel view was awesome.

The shuttles you mentioned are the "pods" from pod parking next to T5. They run automatically from the car park to T5 (and back!) 24 hours a day. I love pod parking, it's automatic and always makes me feel like I'm in a scene from a James Bond movie! Parking there is OK for a short time (day or two) but rapidly gets expensive.

I also felt overwhelmed by nyc as a tourist but as a resident I found out there’s a lot of peaceful places there and I loved living there.
ah that would be nice, we actually had a very peaceful moment in bryant park one of the days, it was very zen haha

Actually soooo comfortable! My only issue is that mine fit a little big ( I would recommend getting 1 size down from your regular size!) I got them on sale for a really good price so didn’t really have a choice on sizing 😅
