i have never been able to keep to gym for more than 2 weeks. I can play, run for hours but gym was hard one. Now more than a month doing muscle isolation every week - biceps, shoulder, chest, back, legs, shoulders . Already subscribed, will also contribute.
Started my fitness journey back at the end of October. I got my diet in order and found ya'll in December. Thank you so much for everything ya'll do. 27 lbs(may not seem like much to some but it's awesome progress to me) down and feeling great. This work out kicked my (was gonna say butt) my legs.. definitely gonna feel it tomorrow.

Thanks for a great workout! Advertisements in the middle of the workout were annoying. Not sure if you have any say on when the adds are played, but perhaps if the adds are shown when you are changing exercises or taking a break, it would be so much better!

Been working out with your videos for a longer time now and I noticed every time that my legs were a week point because I always started loosing balance. I will try to work on this with this video but couldn't get thought it today because I didn't want to fall down. Well, I'll do better next time and will come back until I can finally do this! For the timing, level, etc. Great workouts!!!

14/Sept/21 Must be the 4th time around on this one Coach and Claudia. First time I did the iso squat jumping. Otherwise Id only be able to manage the walking out version of this one. Waist and abdomen size is below 40inches for this old cow. Have I said thank you yet? No? Please accept a million thanks from me!
2nd time doing this workout. Must be getting stronger and more flexible. Could actually do the moves without wobbling so much and was able to lay back during the quad stretch! :)
Holy moly def underestimated this workout the 3sets are brutal compared to the HASFIT 2set workouts I usually follow 🤣 had to take a quick breather in between 😱 GREAT workout tho also loved the cool down stretches!! Will keep those in mind ☺️ need to get stronger!!

Oh yeah, I loved this workout! This was a finisher to my 30 minute Full Body Circuit, and I was so happy to see that I could push myself to go up in weight in the 2nd and 3rd rounds 💪🤸♀️. This is saved now to my lower body workout playlist, for when I want a quick butt and legs burnout! 🔥👍💪
This workout is amazing! It leaves my legs shaking and I'm actually sweating each time I finish. I have lower back disc problems but if I am careful, I can keep up with you guys. It is hard to find lower body workouts that don't cause me to have flare ups/spasms but yours are pretty low impact so I feel safe. On a second note, Claudia your shirts are adorable too. Are they for sale? I would love to buy some for promoting your workouts and for motivating myself.
