Urban Couple's farming in Korea | Cooking with selfgrown Eggplant | Korean Countryside

It seems like the unusually long summer of 2024 has finally passed. This week, I can really feel the cool autumn weather.
On the way to the farm, I enjoyed the beautiful sky and was greeted by the golden rice along the roadside that I hadn’t noticed before because of the summer heat. The maple tree we planted at our weekend farm has started to turn a lovely shade of red.
Today, we harvested eggplants, chili peppers, Korean perilla and green onions. I made eggplant fritters in a Kung Pao chicken style using the eggplants we grew ourselves.
We also wrapped the delicious pork bulgogi with organic sesame leaves.
