These round 15 Cypher trips are actually insane. JohnQT knows if they go B, since they're facing a retake plan, they will logically want to take space, to force early utility out of SEN, or get early kill. so he makes sure he knows where and when they decide to push. The fact that they push right in front of him, fail to shoot the trip (the cage was place perfectly), walk into it twice and both get cleanly headshot is just a nice bonus.
And if you think about it, those are the only good trips to play in such a situation. Any other would force John to play on site, to capitalize off of them (which is riskier). Otherwise, they'd just be info that we already have (since there are 4 people A).
JohnQT really is the player that impresses the most since the beginning of the season. His Cypher on Sunset and Split is stellar!
ABSOLUTE CENIMA ! 🎦
Honestly, this to me shows like what a good map Sunset is (and yes, even ranked). There is no hard meta on the map, and always makes for exciting and interesting games.
Only reaaon we didnt likebit at first was because we didnt know how to play it
Oh I liked it at first (I came from OW and the map gave me very brawly/fast pace vibes like OW) but no you're right to say val players just hate anything new and creative. @@Youjvwhw
Yeah, I didn't like it at first, specifically because of that. Over time, I came to like it for how different it feels from other maps and still not sucking. My friends that haven't played as much since the map got out hate it still. I still dislike some aspects of it, but I do like it a lot
I still don’t like it

Famous last words
the bonus round trip wire by john was very 200iq not only assuming enemy team will rush mid but also knowing enemy team have full guns and will overpush them when spike is down
i was honestly so sad with krus defence on sunset with a really nice comp they had the dumbest setups and such bad gaps that i was so sad
Actually on the full 5v5 retake gun round Sacy missed his molly lineup, said so in Zellsis' chat when he was reacting to the match. I imagine it was meant to land either elbow or to clear the spammable box either side.
I’d love to see you do a history of util/ how util usage has evolved over time in Val, I’ve noticed so much more util comboing recently and would love for you to talk about it!!
6:27 Sacy said he actually missed his gekko molly here, I think it was meant to go deeper towards elbow to clear anyone peeking so anyone who might be on site is isolated and untradable. Still insane retakes, reminds me of 100T under sgares
Choke2 Choking as Usual
Its not even choking they were outclassed from the start
SEN choked the most still

I wish I had your determination
I think a dizzy out of the window will still remain in garage long enough to flash any B main players, such as the Raze here. But I guess I'll have to go in a custom tonight :)
It does, but its also riskier in terms of retrieving it, which retrieving dizzy is a huge part of why gekkos so strong, whilst it may be a risk with 1-2 players getting into the position Valyn got in they have enough trust in Zekken where a good 50% of the time he wins that duel anyways, and playing defense with raze gone is less detrimental than playing defense without the info and flashes that dizzy gets you every 10 seconds
Whilst there could be minor things to make the play better, it could also harm them later into the round (if a team has a rwad and plays extra passive then sacy has no flash for the rest of the round
@@dylanbishop4175I feel you. however, most games i've seen gekko played they usually use his dizzy 1-2 times a round max. and if this gets the kills i feel it might be worth the risk. especially if they know that that corner is a risk.
but in general I agree. I'd probably rather have dizzy back in soloq. But in pro play i guess they trust and play more for the single play
@@ohbitchuary from that game alone on defense Sacy would use it atleast 5 times
If teams are using Gekko and aren't taking advantage of picking up his util they might aswell pick Kayo, Breach or another agent since they're all much stronger, the only reason Gekko is so good is being able to pick his util up and it regens every 10s
Can you make video about KC vs FNC on Lotus and compare it to last year's LOUD vs FNC on same map?
Sacy's gekko 😁
pls make a video about LOUD new Ascent
hello TMV! i want you to review how fennel plays icebox in challengers japan. They play harbor Omen cypher jett and skye. And they are still dominating and are 4-0
Challengers comps have always been different than vct but that sounds interu
Interesting*
We saw 2 different comps from SEN on sunset, my question is which is better? ... Or could SEN work with both comp ?
Both, they stole prx comp with gekko but their other comp also works really well.
the fact that their retake was so insane with it leads me to believe all they need to do is patch up their attack side and they'll be unstoppable to both sunset and split
Zellsis breach is insane
