So, Slow and High accuracy practice w/out overflicking leads to more consistent shots and overtime, aiming becomes faster, snappier and more comfortable.
As an immo3 player I realized i needed to train my fundamentals a lot more with aimlabs. I’ve found my lines are very weird and i do this weird scoop motion vertically when im changing target. I also neglected tracking and i’m really bad at it but most tasks i do im around the 90 percentile besides tracking and effective lines. I’m pretty sure im in the bottom 40 % LOL
Sitting in a comfortable position with proper posture will help your aim tremendously. This means having your desk and your chair at the right height. I know it sounds crazy but it will significantly help with over shooting like many people tend to do when they have their shoulders up too high instead of slightly above a neutral position. There are videos on here you can watch for reference. Just look up optimal chairt and desk height for gaming
meanwhile me, sitting in gremlin style looking down at laptop monitor and my elbow/arm everything at 90 degrees, but parallel to the floor XD. Maybe that is why I am still in low elo.
Meanwhile as a working adult, you'd rather have the time to play than doing a long routine. Even without a routine, I only get to play 1 or 3 matches a day (T.T)
competative gaming these days is nothing compared to what it was 20 years ago anymore. its best put on the level of any regular sport. starting out early and going pro or to make a living out of streaming. starcraft, cs and especialy riot games are games you have to dedicade your life to if you want to compete at the top end. if you find yourself too short in time to follow the bare minimum of practice and drill routines, it might be the sad truth that playing such games isnt for you. but trust me, we miss out on a lot of irl stuff in return. gaming takes its toll.
"do you know what gaming is about, its all about the game" you just need hours in it, dosent matter what you do in it you dont have time to watch youtube
The reason why I need coaching is that I can't tell wich one is my weakness since I feel like none of them are. 1500 hours on aimlabs been playing for quite some years, I have such great movement in valorant but can still not surpass immortal 2. usually I lose most of my 1v1s but then when i go to any other gamemode I destroy. Idk, my problem might be thinking too much.
To me sounds like more of a mental problem than a skill problem, if you dominate in unrated but then lose 1v1s in ranked then you are either not focused or your too anxious. Try playing ranked with friends that you can joke around with and see if u perform better
nah tracking scenarios like SYW are very useful for val. Helpful for interacting with angles and mouse control. screwface and frostyzks routines have them.
I've been playing for 2-3 games 3-5 days a week this season, went from s3 to p1 this season already. My aim is okay-ish, i think game sense & agent specific mechanical ability is more important in most situations at lower ranks than aim itself
overflicking is actually way better and faster. try move your mouse from left to right and then try left-left-right-right motion or another repeating pattern
This would be helpful if my potato laptop didn’t give me a presentation that is half crashing when it shows me a enemy (I legit have to wait 3-6 seconds to see me dead)
2:52 is it not correct technique to correct your flick? I don’t think anyone can consistently flick a fairly large distance and stop exactly on an opponent’s head
wrong, if you can't do this consistently when flicking you just need to practice more, most skilled players can flick with almost perfect accuracy, that's the whole point of flicking, to be precise and fast
@@laurosalvatore8900almost all good players make 2 movements 1 the initial flick and 2 the microadjustment they just do it realy fast so it might look like 1 movement
I definitely need to get used to play a game like Valorant & learn good movement/stop & go ect. coming from faster paced fps games that are also more forgiving/have longer TTK. Hard to when feeling like i have almost zero time to react and get 1 tapped a lot, even if i have the initial advantage.
This video just made me realize that my lines are really SHIT.. when switching, I always do like a circular motion with my mouse instead of clean line..
Something everyone needs to know. Aim training isn't bad at all actually really good for your RAW aim. BUT (huge key point here) you can't just load into val or any game you play that's an FPS and just think you'll do amazing. You'll have to learn movement along with recoil patterns and crosshair placement. If you have been playing val for a while and understand 1 of the 3 or if you understand 2 of the 3 you will still lose a lot of fights you thought you should have won so make sure you run Deathmatchs or TDM to really practice those 3 key components of the game then learn about utility and one ways etc. *Edit got busy was willing to finish at another point* So all that aim training and noticeable difference in the trainers feels like a waste of you aren't practicing in game too(trust me I've learned the hard way) so aim train for anywhere from 15 to 40 min a day, do about 2-3 Deathmatchs till you feel lile your hitting the most amount of shots you can on an average day(remember should mean nothing to you currently you are on a journey to just be better so focus on your aim and movement in early ranks while understanding basic utility knowledge) and once you get into diamond it's no longer about who has the better aim it's about game sense and learning good communications and a deeper level of the mini map and utility usage. All players have relatively decent aim in diamond (I say all but it's a great chunk of them not actually all) so ttk will all be around the same it's about how you take the fights from diamond+
i have master complete scores on s4 voltaic benchmarks, jade complete with some master on s5 since its relatively new, and i keep improving at them, but in valorant I can't hit shots at all, i lose dms in gold, it doesnt feel like aiming in kovaaks when i aim in valorant, i cant time clicks on enemy peeks and my microadjustments are basically nonexistent, any way to fix that?
Easiest and straight up answer is to take your time aiming but dont take that much time aiming and control your movement control your recoil dont spray aim for the head and always prepare your crosshaie for where the enmy could be
My static switches are usually 97.5%+ (acc) and get scores high enough to place me in masters in aimlabs, but this doesn't translate to my gameplay at all. What's wrong with me?
MARREN WHY ARE YOU ON A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. BRO I PUT THIS IN MY WATCH LATER BECAUSE I SAW THE TITLE BUT NOW THAT I AM ACTUALLY LISTENING TO THE VIDEO I INSTANTLY KNEW IT WAS YOU MARREN

Its funny how bad of mechanics you can get away with. Ive peaked imm2 90 rr with 1600 dpi 1 sens lmao trying to fix it
Both the info and the aim are insane... these clips are mesmerizing!
