I.FEEL.SEEN!!!!! Perry is so real, and these are great examples. I don't even need to drink alcohol to be awake all night!
I want to pretend it's my commitment to my overall health, but really the reason I don't drink is PERRY
Same... alcohol (even one glass! WTF!) gives me either 1) migraine or 2) night sweats --> feeling hungover the next day. And I'm in good shape and healthy! It's cruel. @@holdernessfamilylaughs
I can't sleep with or without alcohol......so I'm sure you know which route I choose.....
@@holdernessfamilylaughs- praise God for you and just praise Him anyway! I've been sober and haven't had a single drink since '07! Praise God!!
I like in one of your older videos how the period came "whenever" time of the month and said "that's just where we are now in life."
Now, I can relate. 🤦🏾♀️
I had a ghost period for a week straight, and then I thought it was off, then bled for a whole week...and then some!!
@@holdernessfamilylaughs- also, thank you!! This is accurate, sad but true.
The last minute is too too real.😢 But at least now I know what's wrong with me.
I have never cried as much in my whole life as I have since Perry decided to camp at my house. Also, if someone sees my brain somewhere, send her back. I miss her, a lot. Like when I try to do simple math, or when I forget a word, mid-sentence. Sigh
Our brains must be on a cruise together or something because YES.
Absolutely yes
Look into Bio-identical hormones! Saving me from the symptoms Perry! And saves your health too!
These comments are making me feel so validated. The brain fog can be crazy and scary sometimes.
Yup. Brain 🧠 is sitting on a beach in Hawaii….while I’m stuck in NY. 🫤
I know it's a little counter intuitive, but this is the only comedy I've seen about women aging and menopause and it's making me cry.
Perry? Who the 🦆 knows.
Thank you, well done! ❤
thanks for being here. hugs.
I cried too!! Whyyy?? It’s funny!
It's a tribute to your strong marriage that Penn was able to write this skit, since he's so tuned in to what you're experiencing.
he wrote it and was almost scared to present it hahaha
@@holdernessfamilylaughs LOL Kim ! It's really healthy and therapeutic to be able to express what's going on in such a humorous manner. Most folks would hold it in and just struggle thru it.
Absolutely!!❤
Perry was here long long ago. I miss those days. It gets even more fun in your future! “chef’s kiss” indeed! 👩🍳
@@holdernessfamilylaughs I have strong Aryan sperm
Thank you for putting a comical spin on what is a frustrating time in a female's life. I am so glad we are able to have discussions about it now and be honest with our experiences.
Perry has been a lodger here for a while! Thanks Penn and Kim you always nail it. ❤
Thanks for being here
Yep!! Perry showed up here like maybe a year ago here. I'm 43, and I feel this!!😢❤
You are not alone!
2016 was the year of meno for me and it's atrocious. I don't remember how many years I had Perry. If it started when I was 40, I had Perry for eight years. I'm 56 and I feel old because of my health problems. Can Kim and Penn do a skit about blood clots, please? BTW I enjoyed the skit about IBS and diverticulosis, another one of my health issues.
43 also and in the throes of this. Trying to nail down HRT soon. So much gaslighting out there is ridiculous..”you’re too young”etc..🙄
Ha! Too young my period stopped at age 37! Was in perimenopause in my early thirties, possibly late twenties! Oh fun sometimes when you don't know what's going on with your own body! Then going to the doctor at 37 to tell him that my period stopped, they didn't believe me until the blood test came back and said I was postmenopausal!
Menopause has been the worst health issue I've ever dealt with... and that includes an emergency appendectomy, five kidney stones, and one natural childbirth. I hope your journey isn't as tough.
I feel you
Same 😩
Same 💔
Here's a tip: People who get kidney stones are more likely to get gallstones, which interfere with the ability to metabolize estrogen, so they can increase hot flashes and night sweats. I just did a gall bladder flush and had the best night's sleep in ages!
Penn is the best for writing this and Kim is the best for sharing this, it's not talked about enough. ❤
The hot flashes are the worst! Currently sweating my way through a polar vortex! Thanks Perry!! 🤦♀️
That's so Perry
Right? One time, I soaked the ENTIRE bed and my husband got up and slept on the couch!
Oh, yes, that too. How could I forget to mention it! The hot flashes are so atrocious!
I said, "I have my own weather system."
I remember those hot flashes I hate them! EstroG is great and amber acid as well. I can't do without them.
Perry moved in up about 6 years ago and I’m 46 I came to the conclusion early that it was just to buckle up this since I can’t evict Perry I just decided to embrace it and don’t hide it made it way easier to deal with
I’m just so surprised women are not more open about it i even got asked from a lady of I was not feeling ashamed to deal with it so openly and when i said no because we will al deal with it at one point and if i don’t make it tabu it might help one female to also feel empowered to just own it
❤
No shame! Perry is real.
Thank you for posting this.
I feel like perimenopause is NOT talked about enough!!! So thank you for bringing more awareness
Amen sista! I work at a grocery store and have spoken about my experience. Older women (40s on up) nod their heads and share their experiences. Some don't have issues and are shocked at how much I go through. We do have a laugh. I've been relieved and surprised they talk about it. The young women (teens/20s) don't seem phased by my openness. My guess is because they are open about their periods. I have noticed some of the young guys listen but from a distance. One young woman said "Welcome to being a woman". Well said. I talk about a little bit about it to my sons. Like the staying up until 2am and flashing all the time.
Accurate what about the memory issues? My menopause came at 41…..
We are the same age and I completely relate, esp 100% on the gaslighting. I tried to talk about some concerns a couple years back and all my female gyn had to say was "well, welcome to your 40s!"...then on to next appointment. I feel like the tide is starting to turn on being open about this, and your video will certainly accelerate that process. Thank you!!
I had a doctor who gaslighted me and my Mum in 2008. Mum helped me with my medical issues (since I get overwhelmed by taking care of serious matters alone; it's one of my autistic triggers). Anyway, the doctor gaslit us both. She diagnosed me with diabetes when what it turned out to be was my thyroid. We dropped Dr. Gaslight and found another doctor in the same practice who knew what he was doing. We stuck with him until he retired early, and my current doctor is very honest and doesn't gaslight. And she doesn't dismiss my autistic traits and tell me that I'm overreacting, another thing that Dr. Gaslight did back in 2008. I am glad I have an honest, compassionate doctor.
Anyway, Perry was a boulder-size burden for eight years of my life. And meno is Mean-o!
Thank you so much for the hilarious videos, Holderness family! I've been enjoying them ever since I discovered them, during COVID lockdown.
We’re you only in your 40s? My doctor told me I’m too young yet I literally have every symptom.
@@deewillson2757yes, perimenopause does start in the 40's.
@@deewillson2757My doctor told me 40 is at the young end of the "normal" range, and is therefore normal.
So....this, _this_ is what our 40's mean?🤦🏾♀️😢
I became the stay-puff marshmallow lady during Peri. Every morning I saw, thru the tears, my body getting thicker than the day before. My male gyno’s reaction…”just get used to it.” Thanks, Dr. Gaslight.
I hope you changed doctors!
Can't even tell you how ridiculously accurate this is.
OMG!!! ARE YOU ME????? In the first seconds of the skit I was calling my husband to come see this. This is me. No night vision, same weight but nothing fits my body anymore, breaking out on my face, impending sense of doom, can't sleep after half a beer, everything!!! I also have horrible pains everywhere in my body when the weather changes quickly (which happens all the time where I live). My mom told me her and her two sisters started having those pains at perimenopause as well. Oh and when my mom started real menopause, she started having hot flushes every 20-30 minutes, nights and day! AND she still has them at 72 years old if she doesn't take hormones. Anyway, thank you so much for this video and all the comments it prompted. I feel less alone!
Honestly I had never heard of Peri Menopause before your skits and as a woman in my mid 40s, I started to totally see myself in them. So thank you for the education! Not alone!
So glad they've helped : )
First let me say this is a fabulous skit on Perry! She brought on a few brutal years of gaining weight (never had a weight issue before) and battling my worse anxiety! Then this last year battling horrible hot flashes, night sweat and the lack of sleep, which I think is the worst!! I decided I was not going to put up with her drama! I completely changed my diet, cutting out sugar, processed foods, hit the gym and started taking over the counter supplements/vitamins. Grateful to say I haven’t seen her around in a while.
Ooh! Perry is the reincarnation of Rona! She was so funny (in that dark anxious way).
Hah she is a little Rona-y
OH GAWD!!!!!!!! It started at 38, I'm 53 1/3 (I will own that half) I got off the IUD last June and suddenly my skin is sagging and acne like I was 12 again and my hair is weird and my teeth are crumbling in my mouth, I'm just a wreck. I got my numbers back and I am full blown post menopausal but for heaven's sake!
I was told by every woman I knew that a year and a day after my last period everything would be like Cinderella POOF and go back to normal!
No more hot flashes and wild mood swings and food craving like I was pregnant and heart beating too fast at weird times and never sleeping right again and thinking about food and gaining ten pounds and losing my balance like a drunken sailor, and the brain fog and forgetting words I've spoken since I was 4 and HULK SMASH RAGE QUIT, and my s3x drive going into overdrive w/ a husband who no longer "drives"............ The only thing I don't have is periods, I still have everything else!
You make me feel not alone!!! Haha me too
Thanks for sharing that, it gives me hope🎉
Congratulations on writing and performing this entire skit, Kim and Penn. This was so relatable, despite me only being in my twenties, and not experiencing menopause for at least two more decades!
Nooo! Perry is doing an extended stay?
My Mom started when she was only 32. Just sayin'.
VERY extended. I'm 61 and occasionally get a new symptom. Like the dry mouth at night. That was recent.
I'm definitely down the hill, though. And I wouldn't go back to the worst five years for anything.
I’m 64, you never get the fast metabolism back. But my focus is now health with exercise and healthy eating. The anxiety lingers, but I’ve learned how to cope. On the positive, it’s awesome not having a period!
The symptoms start gradually around 35-ish. Oddly, an increased sex drive is often the FIRST sign that Perry has taken control of your life!
Thank you. I'm 41 & the emotional roller-coaster is real! It's like super/constant pms!
This is my life right now! I'm totally going to start saying to my husband it's Perry's fault because I sure don't have any control! 😂
Yes on the doctors! Every time I mentioned it one doctor would basically tell me I was too young (..."the average age of menopause is 51..."). Another one, when I asked if we could talk about hot flashes, immediately listed off three different medications and I was like "um, I just wanted to talk about them" and she responded with something along the lines of "if they get bad enough that you want medication, let me know and I'll write you a script." The last health practitioner I saw 4 months before I could officially declare myself done (at which point I was like "I'm not even going to pretend you're going to help"), but when I contacted her a few months later after hitting the official menopause mark for post-menopause related issues, she put me on topical estrogen with oral progesterone for 12 days, but failed to mention that taking progesterone like I had a cycle would likely cause a cycle...and when I called back to inquire about this she said I probably wouldn't bleed much or I could just take it every day (but everyone I know taking it every day was taking half the dose she prescribe me, and I'm a tiny person). Spoiler alert: there was bleeding for a full seven days and I stopped doing all of it because the best part of menopause is not bleeding anymore and have sat here for another three months debating what to do. Seems like I need a new medical practitioner but I don't even know how to find someone who's going to listen.
Sad when doctors don't know what "average" implies....
100% My life!!!!! 46yo and Perry has been a "squatter" in our home for at least the last 5 years! I can't even get police to haul her out!!!! So relatable! Excellent work.
On a side note, 18 months until college?!?!?!?!? Did you mean to say kindergarten??? Wow, they have grown! It isn't as bad as it sounds. We live on the east coast (near DC), and I dropped my first college kiddo in AZ almost 3 years ago now. Sending all kinds of love, hugs, and prayers for the big change to parenting an adult child in college as well as Perry! If you finally manage to evict her, please give us an update (including a detailed report/presentation) on how you did it!!!!! Hahaah
When Perry came to my house, the symptoms she brought masked that I had developed leukemia because the symptoms were the same. I literally thought I was just welcoming Perry to my house but she slipped in an uninvited horrible guest-make that two guests. Either way, she’s gone now and I’m living with my diagnosis very well. So I win!💕
Perry humbles me like no one has! I can't form intelligent sentences, I start crying at random moments, the hot flashes, depression and anxiety!! It started for me more than a decade ago and Perry hasn't left yet. 🤪
lol! The stay up all night with anxiety and the chef’s kiss made me laugh so hard. And you captured the “other personality camping out in your life” aspect really well!
My younger son knew when to grab a bag of frozen peas and give them to me, 😂. This is a riot, thanks for doing this, brilliant.
That's perfect! 😂 My sons know when I'm flashing when I take my sweatshirt off in desperation.
I may be an exception-due to being 46 when my hubby was diagnosed and had emergancy surgery for a huge brain tumor .... stuff was fairly normal till then-reg ole pms. But so much happening so quick .... boom! Tank tops in Dec(35°f outside) ... hot flashes etc.
Kids were 18 & 21-so, trying to keep calm and there for their emotions as well as mine and caregiving hubby through sudden immobility .... ya. Rough. I had this itchy rash everywhere for 9 months. Dr & I tried all kinds of meds but nerves are nerves.
I hardly noticed or cared when I had my 50th bday-& meno. happened. I recall (Iam 53 now) thinking-um, its been 7 months, wow did my 'time-o-da-month' stop!!? Yup. Its more a mental catch up now. Hubby passed when I was 51 ... so Iam adjusting to the yrs 46-51 time that kind of was a blur of emo's in a much different way. Imma gramma now too-mental shift there, but a blessed one❤. Hang in there gals in the Perry club. You'll get through🙏💪🌸~
Great job! This feels like a Julie Nolke skit in the best of ways.
I absolutely love this! So relatable! I showed this to my husband and we’re going to use our “new friend Perry” as a buffer to communicate about the crazy symptoms that I’ve had for the past year so far.
This is so awesome that my husband created a rogue, unsavoury character in Balders gate and named her Perry to help him cope with his experience of my symptoms. 😂
Love you guys, keep up the great content.
Perry has started to pop in for visits recently and i just realized what was happening a few months ago when I was wondering why my “pms” symptoms were happening not just when I was pms’ing. Then I remembered I’m getting old
Thank you for putting these kinds of videos out. We're the same age, and this is sooooo relatable!
“If there’s Perry in your house, PERRY’S a BI-“ **VIDEO CUTS OFF**
Lol! ❤ nice!
I need this today. I just had a major rage meltdown at work . No joke
Oh yeah, Perry moved in quite a few years ago and doesn't seem to be leaving anytime soon. You forgot that sometimes she throws in an extra cycle per month just for funsies.
Omg, the itching as soon as I get into bed, it’s like I’m sleeping in an anthill! Perry, you are a menace!!
Where has this BEEN?! Love love love!❤❤❤
Oh my god with the itchy skin, right?!? What the heck with this. He's a good man to laugh and not run. ❤😂
Perimenopause is the worst, but after you get through it life is absolutely fantastic.
Thank god!! This comment gives me hope lol
"The hormones of a teenager without the metabolism. Chef's kiss!" 😆
Perry showed up when I was 39, by 42 she developed into complete menopause. Literally, my life was thrown into chaos, the symptoms were unbearable until the HRT Goddess came and blessed me, lol.
Ugh thank you for this 😂😢 too funny all these crazy Perry times
For me, Perry is just .... mostly making me an incredibly warm human being. Even though it's winter, I wait for my husband to come to bed and I put my feet on him to cool myself off. After the first time, he fully understood what I was talking about. Unfortunately, despite the arctic chill, he's all "it could be worse! Think about how much colder you could be!" No, I'm fine. -15 windchills still aren't fun.
It’s been me and Perry for at least the last 4 years. Yay me!
Oh my goodness. Penn wrote this??? So impressive. He is dead on with this one. I totally agree with what others are saying that the fact that Penn wrote this shows how in tune he is to you and the marriage. Awesome job. Perry shows up much quicker than you think. I'm only 42, and I didn't think I'd have to deal with any of this until I turn 50. And I don't have kids leaving for college for another 4 years.
Friends, after all the years, this is your best work - I was not LOL, as it's not ultimately a laughing matter, but shaking my head and rolling my eyes the entire time - you SO nailed this one. Major cheers to you for forging a bond that invigorates the acceptance and production of this level of art. All the best, and we hope for more.
I'm 41 and no Perry yet, but I noticed I can't wear the same makeup I used to because it now looks cakey on my skin.
Love this video. I laughed because it is so true. You and your husband made it so humorous to a very real issue. Thank you, and God bless .
HRT, the best thing ever! I'm taking micronized progesterone which helps me sleep, a Dotti patch with has estradiol that helps protect my heart, bones, and brain, and eliminated hot flashes and testosterone cream which helps with the anxiety and libido. My doctor took blood tests and takes them regularly to know what amounts to prescribe. Since being on the hormones so many symptoms have gone. I'm in Florida. I see Joanne Keller in Mount Dora. It took me weeks to get in. I pay direct. Worth the wait and every penny. I've lost ten pounds in a month. I'm in menopause. I wish I knew what I do now when I was your age but glad I at least found out now. Next month I'm scheduled to try BioTe pellets.
My husband and I have a mean thing we say when a lot of lights have been left turned on “Has your mum been round?”
We’ve both said this for the last 20 years. The trouble is, he keeps saying it now when it’s only been me in the house!
After I finally finished perimenopause and reached menopause my doctor asked if I wanted HRT, I looked at her and said,”why didn’t you ask when was a sweaty, crazy, grumpy person?
Ask for HRT when it gets bad. And don’t take no for an answer.
Also menopause is great. Smooth sailing ⛵️.
Oh boy. Spot on 😂 lately Perry has enjoyed killing me with these night sweats and hot flashes in 45°weather 😅 not to mention the 2pm new nap requirement...
It was my husband who noticed Perry before me. I thought I was about to die when he goes "this all seems hormonal, you sure is not menopause" 🥴 yay 🎉
This is just what I needed..... makes me feel sane! So relatable! 🤪
I'm 67, I was thrown into it because of a hysterectomy. Whatever you go through is NORMAL. Just remember to keep telling yourself that. There are some boundaries you need to remember regardless. Don't lock any family members in a closet, bedroom, or out of the house unless it's for their protection. Remember before you throw anything, you'll have to clean it up. Try not to give in to middle of the night eating. Stay hydrated. The funniest thing ever was my mother telling me she never went through it. Yeah, that's why we all moved out of the house...lol
Please! I need more! I think I am starting Perry too. It's the worst, Dr. Gaslighting 😢
I've got 5-15 years until Perry shows up. Although with my mom's History its about 11 years away. But I love this because I can still relate based on how my mom was
thanks for watching : )
Another thing I found difficult about actual menopausal was how it affected my memory. My d go to the store thinking, I only need three things: milk, butter, eggs. I’d get there and say, I only need three things, milk, butter and ??!!! I couldn’t retrieve it for the life of me. Luckily, this symptom disappeared when I was all the way through. So just back to my normal poor memory, lol
Post-menopause is the best! Perry is difficult. I am so happy it’s over.
It gets better! I mean, it gets a lot worse first, but give it 10-15 years and it's so much better!
Penn writing this for you is so on point and is such a beautiful channeling of ADHD energy. I love it!
Perry IS a …
So thank you both for highlighting this! And yep, my husband and I quit drinking almost 3 years ago bc we couldn’t sleep and it made my joints hurt!
Just wait till your bursitis kicks in when menopause hits!
Hang in there!
I feel this; I've been dealing with Perry for over five years now. Thank you for this and good luck to y'all.
I am 42 and have not experienced PERRY yet, so thank you for the heads up 😊😂😢😮
Yup! Perry lived with me for a long time!
Perry is real & she was a witch when she visited! So glad she’s packed her bags & left! 😂
This is so real! And it’s the first time I’ve heard someone else talk about the feeling of impending doom. Just out of nowhere, right? So scary.
Yes, PERRY has been staying at our house for a number of years and it’s been wonderful (sarcasm). You forgot to add the forgetfulness, the not finishing your sentences, lack of “you-know-what 😉, hot flashes, starting an argument for no reason, inability to make a decision, incoherent conversation and a general hatred of me at the weirdest times. Man, I love my wife!
Seriously, I do love my wife but PERRY is driving us insane.
❤
I'm starting to feel like I need to adopt these two into my family, 'cuz they'd fit right in.
Perry is a new resident at our house. I feel like I’m going crazy! Thank you!
Fabulous! Love it and thank you for making me laugh since Covid!
This is the most comforting thing I've watched in a while. Misery loves company!! lol
Best. I identify with it ALL.
Sleepless nights esp when kids are driving g back to school late at night …. But also just on an average night! lol
Acne, emotional … Penn you are a genius to be so in tune with your wife! That’s my takeaway from this! You do your research and you know what’s up . Thank you and every married Middle Aged male needs to do better . ❤❤❤❤ to understand we aren’t just “ crazy” throwing a big blanket statement over all that is peri instead of digging deep… reading … being intentional about what may scientifically be going on . And coming along side in a supportive and loving and humorous way . Huge Bravo!!!!!! 😊😊❤
I am part of an online group where I'm a younger than most. I genuinely appreciate those my senior sharing their aging experiences. I'll just stay I'm glad the colonoscopy only lasts for 2 days of fun (day of prep + fun). Women got it a lot rougher than us guys.
This channel is great. Positive attitudes and addressing real life’s problems with a laugh
OMG this is like my life. I dunno if I am old enough to have this but I mean if I can start blaming Perry instead of just normal craziness or anxiety lol then I will take it !
Yep she live here too! My dr told me last week- no wine before bed- sadness. That is contributing to my sleeplessness. Sometimes sleep wins; sometimes wine wins. Not much fun the next day.
Yes, the gaslighting doctors! I'm too young for it (or so they say) but the symptoms are there. Thank you for being our voice!
Omgoodness 😂 I think Perry has been living a double life. (She lives with me too !!)
She's living with a lot of people apparently!
Oo, girl. You haven't LIVED until you've almost DIED from prolonged heavy bleeding. What a ride! And that anemia that comes with it and makes you as productive as an inebriated snail? Chef's kiss. Thanks, Peri!
Perry just got here a couple of months ago. Perry sucks. Every once in a while I have to say, "Are you acting crazy for fun or is this your new way of saying I love you." It's hard to tell but it's 52°F in the house right now... and it's 18°F outside. I can't turn the heat on, the kids and I are freezing. It's scary. This might be the end.
Well written! I thought this was entirely from Kim’s brain. Kudos to Penn! Yea, been dealing with Perry for years now and with two teenagers in the house dealing with their own hormones, sometimes we call it reverse puberty. I mean, it’s not far off since after all the hormones wreck everything, we’ll have more in common with young kids than any other age group (early dinner, early bedtime, smaller appetite, etc). Hang in there Kim!
I'm almost 46, and in the beginning stages. I had some hot flashes a few months ago, and got hot at night as I slept, for a few nights. Missed a period. Didn't occur to me what was going on until I got a negative pregnancy test, and then I was like, "duh!"
Yup, I am well acquainted with Perry.
I don't need the alcohol to not sleep.. and what about those hot AND cold flashes? Very good video, sharing!
PERRY IS REAL, been living in my house for a few years now. Soooooo over it. Love this so much!
Thank you for shedding more light on something that does not get talked about enough!
Perry visited, but she stormed through like a tornado. Fast, but incredibly strong.
Hello my friends! :D
This was so spot on...though next time you need to include the hot flash, then it'll be perfect! Thanks for making me chuckle! :D
God bless you and your wonderful family. Have an awesome day my fabulous friends! :D
It’s possible that Kim isn’t experiencing hot flashes with Perry. I don’t but the other ones she mentioned were funny because they’re relatable for me. Getting old is for the birds.
OMG, this hit way too close to home. I didn't even realize it had already begun 😭
Oh. My. Gosh. This was spot on! Bless you, Penn, for understanding. 😅
I think this is my favorite Kim episode so far, and her best work... and apparently, Penn's!
Oh my word. This is so relatable! I have always been a sympathetic crier (I see you cry, I’m crying too…even if I don’t know why you are crying) but HOLY SMOKES I cry so much more often these days.
Battling wrinkles AND acne are my life as well. I had GREAT skin in high school so this a real bummer for me!
I am perpetually cold, so I wouldn’t be sad about a hot flash but I haven’t really had any of those.
Definitely can’t see in low light and can’t remember ANYTHING anymore.
I blame Eve. If girl would have just listened to God and not the serpent we wouldn’t be in this situation.
I dealt with a few years back. My symptoms were being cold and hot at the same time. Upper half cold and the lower have hot. Miserable.
By the way, my favorite color is Kelly Green, and I need to know all about the green decor in your home.
It doesn’t have to be that way. I am 54 and feel great! I don’t take anything other than Femininessnce with Maca. But I DO NOT drink alcohol or smoke and I eat lots of veggies & Tuna . Drink lots of water and Just make sure to Exercise if you feel anxious it will help you sleep better. I think alcohol is really the worst thing that probably causes the issues and sugar. Switch to honey. I barely got a sweat , certainly nothing dramatic.
Perry spent most of my 40s in our house. It’s totally fun when you have 3 kids under 10.
It's not me, it's Perry! I totally, totally need this for my mood swings! Thank you!!!!!
Omg, I love you, both! Thank y’all! I really hope I get to meet you both, sometime. Thanks for your work.
I have The “Gift” too, btw 🧬🧠☁️ Perry AND adhd. Yay 🙊
Sincerely,
Sandy Williamson Rudiger 🙋🏻♀️✝️
Thank you thank you thank you - Perry lives with us too and it’s so uncool!
Oh my god this is so true! I was up til 4:30am last night and didn’t sleep well the previous 2 nights either. I honestly don’t know how I’m functioning
Perry moved into our house a few years ago, most of all I wish she would stop turning up the heat!!!
