I'm so excited to make caps for someone, they look so cool! they'd make a great key ring too!! maybe I should make a set for everyone!!!!!! haha Thanks for the positivity @Nicola Zanetti!
Hello from Denmark. Great vidio´s you ara doing. What diff are you running? What are your experience with different diffs: Mecatech, Powerlock 1 and 2 others Looks like Bergonzoni or Tecknokit.... Regards Ole Rasmussen PS: I would like some of those caps for the engine....
😳😲😲 Wow... That is so cool/awesome/insane. Your braking/suspension system is just blowing my mind. I had/was into RC when I was younger (10-12), just battery power. I couldn't afford the fuel running RC. I had no idea the RC fuel world build was this insane. What does this RC fuel world build starting cost if someone as myself were interested in getting/building an RC at this insane level? TIA... Very Cool RC.
Hello from germany. Mark where can i find That pair of engine Cover for my cy spare Engine of my FG Evo 2020? Great Videos and a very nice guy you are. Keep going and have fun
Great tip with the marinade injector on the other video. I actually went and bought two for bleeding the brakes. I can create a vacuum at the master cylinder to help suck the fluid through. Sort of a push- pull system. Works fantastic. As for the covers, don't need them, made my own on my 3d printer after you gave me the idea.
Such a great way of bleeding the brakes (with two) that vacuum assists with pulling the air out too! I haven't really looked into 3D printing yet - have you been able to make a few parts for the car??
@@MarkThomasson76 I tried a 3d print front body mount for the mini with carbon fibre PLA filament, it was nice and light and strong, but failed with impact because of the layering it sort of delaminates if struck at the wrong angle. So, I use it for making non- structural parts, spacers, cable and hose clamps. The parts are also heat affected, so no parts for the engines, it starts going soft at about 60 degrees.
@@Leonn_. hopefully you can get into another car sometime soon then! I still have a Serpent 720 in the workshop! haha make sure your next car is either 1/5 scale or a serpent!!!
But I have to say that I only use medium threadlocker only on few screws of my Mecatech. These are the upper and lower screws from the swaybars to the knuckles. These M3 screws from the rc plate to the front axle bracket which are screwed from underneath to the top with the tiny plastic spacers between (only up 2017 models). No screws I have lost. That’s the way like MT sold the cars new out of the box, I have checked this about the thread locked screws.
Hungary! wow! so humbling to hear kind words such as these! really appreciate the comment! so thanks legend from the land of Kangaroo's and beaches (Australia) haha
Just found your channel and watched all your videos. Excellent content. It would be great to get a set of those covers, if you don't mind sending them to Japan. I still haven't rebuilt my brake calipers and your video was helpful to get a good idea of the basic process. Allow me to ask two questions about your car. Who makes the carbon deflector attached to your clutch support? I need one of those to keep the exhaust gases from covering my right rear suspension. Also, your cutoff switch looks like its wired into a separate enclosure. Is that for an external kill device attached to your receiver?
So glad the videos are of help! I made that carbon deflector, I'm in the middle of making a video about carbon work now. I'll give you a shout out and show you how to make one!! (you can buy them easily tho) The cutoff is a relay that is controlled via the Tx and Rx I have another video planned on how it wired / works, they are a must have - keep an eye out!
Great video Mark, keep up the good work, with many more to help us. I also run DOT4 in my car and I think it is better than mineral. Congrats my friend.
Mate I just watched one of your videos ‘FRT large scale event’ is that your local track!! Looks amazing, I’m so jealous! And thanks for commenting, its so nice hearing from people!
Yes Mark , that is our track, but for the moment we can’t drive our cars . We hope in a short period that we will be able to begin our championship and have fun there. Be safe.

Hello why did you connect a tube to both master cylinders. I’m not used to my hydro brake kits having a open valve on them.
