In 1970 he made his 2nd solo album with the help of David G... It's sad that he continued to take drugs... He should have had therapy... A good psychiatrist could have helped... Everyone ignored it!!! His older brother was a doctor...

At least he got to live out his last 20 years in relative peace enjoying gardening and painting (he always referred to himself as an artist rather than a musician). It might not be what society wanted for him, but it's what he needed. I am grateful for the gifts we gave us - which are significant and memorable 50+ years later
