Very slept-on album. Some of the heaviest stuff they ever did. It´s fun, stupid, doesn´t take itself too seriously.

Loud Love made me fall in love with Chris Cornell's voice; the whole album made me realize Kim Thayil was a dark wizard from another time, sent here to sow chaos and confusion, but in the best way possible.

I really like this album a lot as it was the first Soundgarden album I ever bought and it's close to my heart. That being said, it's almost a completely different band than the later records. They matured a lot and wrote some of the most poetic and masterful songs of all time after this album. Hands All Over and Power Trip are the biggest stand outs for me.

Some spine-chilling nostalgia in those riffs!
The riff of Ugly truth is played by Thayil on the open A string. The loud love riff is played using the E string only, on the 12th fret. Great work!
Full On (Reprise) may be my favorite song on the album.
That Kim guitar is dope, not as dope as his riffs though, blessed be the Thayil
