These Dry opening joke earn my subscription. love it. Also very good technique. Me as a german always find something to complain but I didnt find anything here. Amazing.
This is incredible and so inspiring!! Really can't thank you enough for sharing this process. I will be on the lookout should you ever feel like sharing more content or re-opening the Etsy store.
working on a larp glaive based on my dnd character, i love these videos! when i first watched this i thought "well i will simply just leave it to dry"... i start painting, INSTANTLY the hairdrier is out. too real. i wanna make a video about making the weapon too :D urs have been the most helpful of any i've watched c:
Wat een mooie build ! , Ik vondt het heel leuk om te horen welke technieken je hebt gebruikt door het proces . Het zou heel gaaf zijn als je een build video serie kan maken van een schild ! , Die zou ik dan ook stap voor stap zelf gaan volgen !
Thanks for the great content! These three videos are on the top of my list of instructions.I love the axe and your process is very similar to mine, so I find it very useful. I have one important question, though. In our larp training locking your opponent's weapon with the beard of the axe happens too often and the instinct is to pull. I've ripped the blades of more than one training axes. So I am still experimenting and looking for the perfect solution. So, does the reinforcement at the bottom of the blade workq such as it is - with just a strip of fabric?
Hello Martijn! Thanks for this instructional videos!! Where did you buy scrap leather in Belgium?? I moved here recently and i could use some advice on where to get raw amterials xD THanks!!
FEILD TEST VIDEO PLZ!!!!! All good axes are meant for hooking appendages, weapons, and sheilds.... as a handaxe user I run into "those guys" that will try to yank the axehead off the handle also. So far Calimacil is the only ones who make good axes [as far as the durability goes]. But I love the construction of this axe and was wondering if this design would pass the feild/stress test...
First i have to excuse my shitty english, i stopped learning it in primary school. I love you Videos !! You explain it so good and in a funny way too. Thanks for sharing you experiences with us !! :) But i think you stoped doing Videos on this channel, so sadly :(( Best Greetings
