I was just wondering what happened to Fort Mcmurary yesterday, can't believe it's been a year already.....
goodrita right? It feels like yesterday...smh
ikr
Stay strong Fort McMurray!
FORTMCMURRAY GANG
Is replacing stick framing and asphalt shingles a good idea when your house burns down? I would go with concrete and steel. At very least, a steel roof and fire resistant stucco/cement board exterior.
🇨🇦Alberta is strong! They need to do this!💪🏻
God bless Fort Mcmurray!!! -A nova Scotian
:D thanks cute kitty

I remember crying for these people, watching every day and night for updates and constantly crying and praying! I tried to donate as much as I could! :(
Thanks you sooo much I lived and still live in fort Mcmurray
I'm Brazilian boy, but at the time i heard, I started praying for families that had so many losses...
Peoples of great strength of mcmurray.
Thank you
Gustavo that’s not going to do jack
My own hometown nearly avoided that recently. A fire started in the trees next to our "upper class neighborhood" just a couple blocks away from my apartment, but they were able to contain it before it could spread to the housing.
Mik Moen 😂😂😂not in your upper class neighbourhood.
Stay Strong Fort McMurray..ALBERTA STRONG.. CANADA STRONG.
I was just turning 13 when this happened. I’m 15 now and I Remember the fire was behind my house (no I didn’t lose it thankfully) my dead beat uncle keep saying there is no use for this town (he lives off of my granny). My grandpa lost my house and everyday I followed news. Every time it’s late spring and summer I fell anxiousness come over me. My brother was 4 when the fire happened and my other brother was 11. It was a bad year
im surprised that fire didn't hit where I live
Fort McMurray, a once beautiful province in Alberta. I lived in Newfoundland as the fire happened, my father lived here. Weeks before we were supposed to move here the fire started and it was tragic. I can’t look in my backyard without worry in my mind. Abadand got hit hard.
Two years after the fire, and they've rebuilt an AMAZING number of homes.
I lived in fort mcmurray in 2004 to 2005 in beacon Hill
Sending out love from Tdot. Best of luck this year
You people are so brave!! May the Divine bless you and continue to stay with you!
Berman lit the match
i wanna cry so bad but im too shocked to shed one . its worse than i thought!.
Wishing everyone a speedy and complete recovery.
Thank you
I LIVE HERE MY CAR DIDNT HAVE AC I WAS SWEATING SO MUCH I WAS AT SCHOOL THAT FIRE DAY
Not to worry. Trudeau is on the job.
How did the fire start?
This was no normal fire. It was intentionally created by directed energy weapons -- as in California. The CBC is a disinformation source. i.e. LIARS.
I live there
Saw exactly the same spark trails that California fires had in first 2 minutes. Not normal fire.
FORT MAC STAY STRONG
Im just hearing how those California fires where started, a few people took photos of these blue beams of light, starting those fires? Some trees where burning from the inside out. Those blue beams of light were lazer type very hot. Im just wondering if Fort McMurray fire where started the same way. This is war if it was.
I think
its like Ash Wednesday Australias biggest fire ever.
Insurance companies will start running all kind of excuses on what they won’t cover. Your chances of rebuilding is slim. All their excuses will be we don’t cover because it’s the act of god
That happens in California but Canada?
Thank the Liberals for refusing to allow Russia to assist in fighting the wildfires...They allowed Northern Alberta to burn to the ground.
Yea I think they were nervous because of Russias past. They could have helped though.
Anything to keep Russia from looking good. It's all politics Russia has to stay the bad guy all for the almighty dollar

6:08 ITS MY SCHOOL
hopefully they have insurance
not bad compared to california fires
Gang Gang on of the largest forest forest in Canadian history Cali is also way hotter then Alberta especially northern Alberta
Don't even make that comparison. This ravaged a city.
after 2 year it's California on fire...

Went there from Ontario all tools loaded up to help in Alberta the end of May 2016. Only thing I heard was, what do you want here Ontario-boy, these are our jobs.
Cowboys and greed, I do not feel sorry for them!
How many have questioned how the Tar Sands extraction exacerbated and fueled the fires?
Golly gee... I don't suppose that the greenhouse effect would have anything to do with the prevalance of wildfires these days would it? But, go ahead, burn that oil and gas! Go for it! Don't invest in alternatives. Just burn that petrol!!!
😂
WHY TF ARE YOU LAUGHING??
