Many people will see faces, shapes, and even movie-like scenes. These are all signs that you are seeing clairvoyantly but what about when you see colors during meditation? What do those colors mean, is it something you should be paying attention too?

@@lightloveandspirit3 I had this exact same experience as Kelly. I saw Violet, purple & pink. Was so intense. “St Germain” apparently. Had tingles all over. I even took it one step further and asked my spirit guides for confirmation, and right at that moment I saw sparkles or stars appear and then vanished. It was magical. The whole experience blew my mind. Have you seen sparkles before? Amongst the color? Was this my spirit guides energy or presence? ...this was only my 3rd time ever meditating. I woke up the next morning feeling calmer I have in a lonnng time. Literally it’s opened up a new world to me. 3 weeks ago I saw a white aura around my Mom, this is before my intense meditation. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It’s wild - like the flood gate opened up and it’s all pouring in. Love it!

I see purple and white mostly..I see like I'm moving through a spiralling vortex or something..the longer I'm in meditation I'll start to see images..I'll also have dreams that will happen within hours..it's like I get a glimpse into the future

I see deep purple after 5-10 minutes of meditation. It is very much the same intense deep purple and I am able to maintain seeing the color for about 5 to 10 minutes after the start of the " show". It's the most loving and caring energy I create for myself. I don't see any other color.

I always see a dark blue and black swirling together, they have a similar undertone to each other.

Saw purple then on the latter part green
Edit: typed what I saw before hearing what it meant. Wow! The green part resonates with me! Been trying meditation but this is the first time I've seen colors that's why I'm here! Wow. But its kinda weird, see the purple with black in the center getting smaller if that makes sense. Then afterwards it's just purple and then green - light green.

I started meditating 1 year ago by my self and when my heart and mind are at peace during meditation I see flashes of white light in rythum which is indication for me I am meditating because if I let any thought leak in during meditation those rhythmic flashes of white light stops so after practice of 1 year those flashes are in constant flow and then I see purple light glowing at the same time with flashes going on and i just enjoy the flow and since I have started meditating i am seeing 1111 everywhere i know it sounds weird and this is my raw experience I don't know what i am doing but i am enjoying it
I saw 4 different colors when I was meditating: Red, Yellow, Blue/Purple/Indigo and White

I've had an addition to the colors, it's the right hemisphere of brain I'm told becoming active by low to bright white light on that side. When it does this, I start smiling ear to ear. Thank You.

The dominant color I saw as a beginner are purple, green and white. then a tiny bit of yellow and blue
OMG. Thank you for this. I usually only see pulsating white. Today was the first time. I saw colors! Started with massive red scattered dots and exploded into waves of red, yellow, blue, green, purple.
I had all of the colors come in and they were the brightest most vibrant I’ve seen them and felt like they were excited, it started and ended with yellow and the session was yellow for a good part of it, when it was purple there was a white light strobing effect! It was the coolest thing, no messages, just the feeling of just observe and be present! It didn’t occur to me it was as an introduction of my angels! I need to jump into meditation again! Oh, and I thought 10min had gone by and it had been 2hours
I started to see purple today. I've been meditating for a little while now. Every morning, and today, I saw purple. It started small. It sorta looked like an eye that was opening, and it was filled with purple light. It was amazing

I’m so glad I found you. I’ve been trying to find this answer forever. I’ve been meditating for about 2 years and this has happened. I keep a log of all my meditations. This is how I know if I’m relaxed is if I can get to the colors. Also after yoga when we do sabasana at the end I drift off into multiple colors and they are translucent pinks, translucent whites and they are like racing tubes that move and turn like a rollercoaster. I really want to know more. I do like what you said and just enjoy it and ask for more. I also get a weird thing where it’s like I’m looking out of a skyscraper at night to the roads. Instead of seeing red and whit car lights the roads are filled with a hot pin/ magenta dash that is really interesting. At night when I wake up I find myself in a golden bright light and it can be like 4th of July sparklers. It’s so beautiful incredible I just want to know what it all means.

That is so cool. My meditation is always a reach and hope for protection. Well I can see some sort of dome around my house and the more I call the brighter they are, lately is a big layer of beautiful gold. I call them shields... Have a great day❤

Omg I saw a Galaxy also, and purple lighting , then the galaxy was opening and I saw Gold with a white image as a DNA , this will open and close, but the lights of purple where like lightning in the galaxy. I did see one blue lightning.
I experience this a lot and it's always mainly purple and yellow or purple and gold. Sometimes there's blue with it and it's looks like the colors are flowing aroind each other. Today I saw all that as I was falling asleep and all of a sudden all I saw green. And recently I've been suffering with a broken heart and prayed for God to heal my heart.
I always see violet with sometimes tinge of indigo, yellow and olive green during meditation.
I always see white light bright colour and Al of them my spiritual is very strong but now I see rainbow colours very vivid and bright and sometimes I see colours in the streets in the dark and Al Day and sometimes I wish I don't see nothing because this happen every single day day by day my spiritual growth increase in every single hour and know what happened because I practice to much but this is ho I am, from Malta thanks shalom namaste ❤
Seeing blue means Archangel Michaeli is with you. Archangel Raphael carries green ...it means healing is happening. Purple is opening up to knowledge and wisdom.

I see the flower of life pattern but it extends indefinitely and indigo in the background.
I just started meditating and didn’t know seeing colors was a thing. But while meditating this evening I saw these really intense waves of green light. Just trying to gather some info on what happened.

I have a question for anyone. When I typically meditate for longer than 15 minutes, I typically see purple, with what appears to be stars in the night sky. After about 30 minutes into meditation, I asked my conscious mind to step back so my higher self could connect. Then I started seeing, gold, purple, and green. The color orientation was similar to a bullseye target, and the outer ring is a wide bright gold ring, the middle ring is wide and purple, and the center was an the most brilliant shade of emerald green with a slight tint of blue. But what I was interesting about the green, was that I had depth and dimension as if it had a texture, and the texture was very plain and clear as if looking at it using a microscope. It lasted for about 5 minutes. Nothing else happened, but it was definitely the most interesting meditation experience so far. Also, have only been meditating for about 3 months, so I don’t have much experience interpreting this experience. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I don’t know if those that color combination is an indicator of something.
if we see like a white golden colour like many suns it means our crown chakra is opening and we are connecting to god, most important thing is we remember god in meditation

I love being there … I love witnessing… I also see images … faces, almost like a profile… then it disappears… I also see eyes often, as well…. I definitely just observe…. I'm seeing bright white, usually when I meditate before sleep in total darkness, I'm happy to have confirmation that it's a good sign, the light has a similar feeling then the light I saw many years ago on a DMT trip except the light was on the side and above me, when it happens in meditation it's everywhere.
Just started on Monday. Don't know anything about this, but I saw blue where green mixed in the middle. Like oil on top of water.

I was meditating doing the Japanese laying down arms over my head and i was seeing a greenish blue ball. Then it started spreading like a lava lamp. I came out of my meditation feeling amazing

Whenever i am in the mediatation frequency, i always sees Indigo and another color(Not sure it's Green or Orange), they are Spinning. Almost everytime. But recently i saw White and Gold..

Biggest surprise for me is nobody said anything about seeing things during meditation. Every meditation video I watched was just teaching technique. I became better over time. Then I started to see translucent colors and every point of attention/focus would expand. I had to stop first few times because I thought I wouldn't be able to return and I have a family to take care of. Now few weeks into coming to terms with seeing things...I won't lie in that I am little disappointed because I was hoping to see something that makes sense. I was hoping to see something beautiful but what I see is very very busy place (spiritual world) where movement and expansion are constant. I almost find my physical life way more chill, which is opposite of what I believed most of my life in that this physical world was busy place and spiritual world was place to go relax and just take in the beauty. Boy was I wrong.

Hey, there I recently started doing whim Hoff breathing techniques along with meditation at the same time. I never really believed in any shit of this until yesterday, to be honest. it sounds weird but around the 1-minute mark of holding my breath I started randomly seeing orange coloring fading in and out of my vision with my eyes closed it was the weirdest but craziest thing. I don't know how to explain it. but I started seeing orange, and I was curious if that meant anything. it's really cool because it was about 10 minutes after I made an interstellar remix and after hearing you say it can be related to "creativity" which BLOWS MY MIND! MUSIC IS LITERALLY CREATIVITY. LIKE WHAT?!?!??! crazy for real so cool though. I'm 100% going to continue now. because when I woke up i felt so amazing
What about a pitch black sky with millions of beautiful stars and brief glimpses of planets? I use to see this a lot meditating it was so absolutely gorgeous I just wanted to fly through this tunnel that I sort of viewed it through .... :)

Ok mine opened up without me expecting it?
I actually got scared because it showed me purple and pink? Then tons of spirits started showing up with an outline in spots of green?
Showed me figures in green while my husband was at work behind his work counter? Three men that were green figures started beating him and dragged him over the counter and were kicking him to death?
They showed me a green dragon 🐉 getting ripped apart by demons?
I was scared, upset and started crying and asked them not to show me this!? Then closed my eyes again and 20 to 30 people who passed away who were humans but they too were outlined pas green human figures but very detailed greens darker greens for shades of there hair or face and even like a bright lime green. Against this purple and pink background. They were all trying to talk at once and I asked them to slow down. One at a time! They came together and drew this huge green square 🟩 and I asked them- what is this a chalk board and they wrote YES!!! In white letters?
And started writing otter stuff too but I started crying because there were sooo many Spirits that needed my help and too many to help? I opened my eyes crying and shaking and went running into the bedroom looking for my husband I was shaking so badly holding him

This is really cool! I've watched your video a few times to reference ... however, I still get slightly confused because when I see colors it's not just in meditation it's at random times during the day it kinda gets in the way sometimes lol because I can be talking and randomly red, yellow, purple and blue mainly or other random colors would go up all of over my eyes...but it only makes it akward to act 'normal' lol when this happens ...at the same time when I will see spirits it's not really like through aura ...it's more like a various shapes and sizes black human like figures that like literally glitch in in front of me then out and I only seen a white figure once but the same applies like a figure but I can see it's clothes and where the eyes and where parts body would be... both times nothing harmed me but I don't know keep that state or open and close it when I want to ...I think what really sucks about this is like my family demonizes this type of stuff or like to make people feel crazy

I've only just started to meditate days ago and I keep seeing a black door shape with an orange trim around it and its hard to keep focused on it... I think the long I'm able to keep the door infront of me the more I'm in a meditative state 🫀💪✌ Peace and Love to you all
What does blue and yellow mean?
Here is a thing. I was meditating for a 1 week using chin mudra each morning and evening. I was not feeling any efects. But on friday me and boyfriend went to concert and had afterparty. Thing is I didnt drink much alchohol,maybe 2-3 glass of vine, that was not even full. The next morning I had the worst hangover of my life. It never happened before. And since I felt almost like dying, i was laying in bed, my body was weak. And i closed my eyes and saw swirling purple and golden light. I opened my eyes cauze I was shocked. Then I closed my eyes once again and instantly saw my head from the up. Those lights swirling around 3rd eye area. I freaked out. And now I can say ,that guys metitation do work. It opens something in you. And if you dont get results fast it is because energyies are working in background and you are not ready to see or able to integrate or it takes longrr time bc you have a lit of stuff to heal :)

I’ve just went through my spiritual awakening and it’s still going, as a result I decided to look into meditation as I’m incredibly interested in clairvoyance. I’ve tried meditating through guided meditations four times so far and they didn’t work. I just tried mediating alone and the first time it happened, about five minutes in I started seeing purple swirling with black. It started out as white light and then faded to a deep purple. It wasn’t scary but I was very confused thinking it might’ve just been my vision or something wrong with my eyes but I realized it must be something else since it didn’t feel usual. I saw a indigo that’s was a little purple & yellow that was bouncing around playfully.
It was midnight, I was awake looking at my mirror just staring at myself (I do this daily bcs it feels good to look and smile at myself). Then this one time I saw white color tinted with some hologram-like color, in my blue wall next to my mirror, the size of two open palms put vertically, and it lasted for 2 secs. Idk what it was, well it might be visual hallucination.
when i closed my eyes i used to see blue static field kind of how i describe it but now i see purple static field.

I saw purple eye.
I’ve seen white and soft gold, purple and indigo. But now I’m seeing a giant eye either staring at me or looking to the side. Sometimes the eye is human, and other times it looks like it’s an animal or creature. What am I seeing? Anyone else see an eye? It’s now happening every time I meditate.

The blue was just a little ball and come towards me at great speed and engulf me all around, i was in bliss did not fell nothing just full of happiness for encountering this place, felt like i was in heaven. next month December i have 9 days holidays and im going to use it to try go past the light..., if I'm able to do that in 9 days. pray for my success.

Hi. I'm seeing the colors mostly purple, sometimes red, green, indigo, gold & white. I just started doing meditation in September this year. I have experienced seeing purple, trees sometimes objects then all of a sudden, it turned all black and my body starts to vibrate and goosebumps on my skin. Happened 3x and usually at night. A little scary but i didn't stop and the next time i'm seeing objects like i'm indoors. not so clear because there's some black or gray clouds like passing thru my vision. Sometimes i can see clearly but just 1-2 seconds only and it's gone.
