- Can't convince me otherwise, a full chase build will infinitely be more enjoyable than full slowdown. Overall, singularity's chapter is actually ALOT of fun, definitely recommend checking him out. Good job BHVR! :)

Every Singularity video i see goes so damn hard but whenever i try to place cameras in the game everyone i end up going against is Solid fucking Snake
Same. I also hate when I go into the pod, I have to instantly figure out which way it’s facing to then have to turn super fast just to see them walk behind a wall. Sadge.
The killer is fun and playable on open map, in closed map he is so dam bad, the only tips I have is don't play camera like a surveillance tool but a chasing tool, just consider it as a chase power with a lil bit info in his kit
Playing Larry's makes me want to die, everything else is mostly fine tho besides a few more annoying maps like cowshed

the new EMP nerfs might make this build even better, excited to see where this killer goes in terms of value.
ive been enjoying using game afoot on him. with how easily he can break pallets, getting a bit of haste when you overclock break a pallet or minimize the stun you get when you teleport break one is very nice
I'm really happy with how much fun this killer is! different from Adriana who is boring for both players

This is exactly how everyone should play The Singularity. Using his most far away biopods to get teleports or expecting him to be good on adding pressure all over the map is absolutely wrong
He is a god on chase and therefore you should use his power (biopods-slipstream) during chase. That way EMPs barely can do anything, probably slowdown the chase for what, 2 seconds? Compare that with trying to use far away Biopods and they EMP them, how much is that gonna cost you for that playstyle: 30 seconds AT LEAST. Massive difference, from cool to OP but it fully depends on you
And, pair that with Rapid's build? It feels almost unfair and scary to go against him. He can easily be A-tier around Wesker, you just have to figure it all this. Have fun you all

Christ I thought Singularity was bad but watching you play I’m seeing just how good he can be. They could’ve made his teleporting more in-depth though, I wasn’t aware you could just shoot someone with the pod on them to teleport to them, thought you had to do it through a camera.

The Singularity is incredibly flexible with different builds. I only use Superior Anatomy since I typically only vault once while overclocked, but Forced Hesitation + Starstruck can be super nasty.

So far, maps like Macmillan Estate (aside from Shelter Woods which seems to be Survivor-sided) seem to be the best for Singularity, good for hiding pods and getting the most bullshit and unanticipated angles.
This build suits my playstile totally, before this I'd always lose every match. Thx
This build might be annoying but I would rather have a chase blubby than a gen blubby cause when I went against a blubby that plays him like skull merchant💀

What’s the EMP change?
They'll take 100 sec to print passively (90 sec now). Cameras EMP'd will be down for only 45 sec (60 now). Using an EMP makes a survivor 10% slower (currently no slowdown). There will also only be 4 EMP printers on the map, instead of 5 printers now.
Would smash hit be a good counter to singularity?
unfortunately no, if you drop a pallet on him while he is overclocked it doesn't count as a stun
i think that he's perfect, except that he can hit through pallets when you stun him in overlocked mode.
i feel like there's not a lot of counterplsy to him in chase when he's overclocked, he just needs to not be able to hit survivors if he gets stunned in overclocked and he's perfect
in all honesty in the current state of his play set, he needs it. emps are so powerful and half the time you cant even use your power due to survivors having emps 24/7. playing him in chase is the only viable way as of rn. i hope they nerf the range + recharge rate of emps and he’ll be perfect, also when hes slowed when coming out of his power cuz why punish the killer for using their power loll
Tbh I don't see how you can really run away from this killer, especially with Rage Mode then pallets are useless. Seems like it Solid Snake time.

IF you get value from it. It can be REALLY strong but it can also be niche and nothing more. He's a really good killer, in the end!
His power is perfectly balanced, the EMPS are too powerful and frequent and can easily disable his power, nothing to complain here about as the singularity still needs a buff

not gonna lie constantly overclocking a survivor to win a chase seems pretty unfair imo. but emp's do exist to remove slipstream so it's also decently counterable (unless singularity keeps peppering you with biopods) ngl directly hitting someone with a biopod and just tping to them with overclock should have like a 5-7 second cooldown.

okay i've just gotten another idea. what if instead of a direct biopod tp cooldown, the slipstream effect is immediately removed after you directly teleport to someone? that'd make it so that you can't just instantly teleport to them again.
@@MemerGottem I get what you mean, I think the singularity is a lot of fun for killer as is, but they probably will implement some kind of cool-down timer or maybe make it so after overclock runs out your staggered a bit or even stunned like nurse. I'm excited to see where they go with it
