My favourite nano suit ability is invisibility... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE popping cloak, dispatching my target, sprinting to cover while my cloak recharges and then rinse and repeat... when done right, the enemy will always fire where you were, setting yourself up for a beautiful massacre!!! What a brilliant game feature
Going to have to agree with a previous post, abs say invisibility-it’s just so satisfying

@Totally aware for sure. For me, in terms of best console, I don’t think of game library or graphics, I think of experience. And the switch delivers on that aspect very well
I have a gtx 3070 PC and an xbsx, but the oled switch is my fav.

@@sindred I know people who only play call of duty or Fortnite and that's all they play, and they have less than 5 games. I play everything from shooters, puzzle games, platformers, roguelikes, horror games, strategy, fighting games. I need to count my switch games, I'm sure I have way more than 200 games. And I have over 300 games on ps4.

If your buying physically which i am their separate. I kinda like having a box for each game plus the sleeve for all 3 games but the price is gonna hurt.
I've just seen the trilogy on the e-shop, figured I'd need a review before I make the purchase, and lo and behold here u guys are with a performance review! Looks gorgeous and I'm pretty certain ill be picking this up come pay day.

I absolutely loved Crysis 2, the intensity of the soundtrack and set pieces just had me gripped from start to finish!
My favourite suit ability is advanced camouflage, it leads to some seriously tense situations, sneaking around and waiting for the right moment to get a stealth kill.
Haven’t had the pleasure of playing the first or third games, but I seriously want to!!!!
It's really a rare case of the soundtrack carrying the game, kinda like the Michael Bay Transformers movies.
Very happy to hear it runs and looks so good. Can it run Crysis? YES

Oh man. I recall chatting with a friend of mine right after completing the first game on Switch, how cool it would be to get the whole trilogy one day.
I was so happy to see not long after Sabre answering the call.
Though it is now a nearly decade old title, I’m still taken aback at how cool it is to see once hardware melting games like these running on a portable. That’s what the Switch is all about for me.

Crazy, 15 years ago it was destroying a PC, now its running on a mobile chip and can be played in the hand!

if you like shooter games u´ll love this crysis 2 I played it back in 2011 and play it on switch is soo amazing this is my faborite crysis game
and you may not play one for a while... witcher 3 is too good.

Just picked up both Crysis 2 and 3 remastered and I'm loving 3 so far, it's incredible how they managed to make it look so good on the switch !

This is looking really good. Hadn't expected to see 2 & 3 remastered so soon, glad to see them drop on the switch! The review was just what I needed for a yay or nay decision. Now unto the review of the 3 remastered for a definitive decision.

Dang. This looks so good! I remember playing these on the 360 and loving the visuals and unique campaign. I felt like a ninja with the invisible suit function
Just looks amazing. I cant wait to get stuck in and do a stealth run on the hardest difficulty (you can actually avoid a lot of the firefights if you are careful and updgrade the cloak to maximum) What an acheievement. Best looking game on Switch by a mile. Can we get the Far Cry games next?
Buying 2 & 3 just because CryTek has done such an outstanding job bringing these crushingly demanding titles to such a limited platform. Really feels like a labor of love from CryTek. I wish more developers took this kind of hands-on approach to truly optimizing their games with a clear focus on the user experience. Masters of the craft.
Cyrsis 2 has one of my favorite soundtracks! I can't believe how good this looks!
The cloak is 100% my favourite ability. I love stealth games and so I really appreciate when non stealth games effectively implement stealth mechanics
After one hour into crysis 2 in handheld mode on my OLED switch I am really surprised how well the title looks and runs, just as you said...seriously one of the best ports so far...unbelievable what the switch is capable of. When the right developer team takes care and advantage of the hardware this is the result. They pulled off a great port, worth every cent.
Very excited for these. Really loved the Crysis games when I was younger and playing them portable with the quality still being great really makes me happy.
Hearing the Crysis 2 Music at the beginning just brought back some memories of the PlayStation 3 Era.

My most favourite Nano ability definitely the "Cloak" ability. Especially the sound of "Cloak Engaged" is soooo satisfying!!
Always loved how the Feline gun moved in Crysis 2. It felt very natural and fluid. None of the other guns moved quite like it and even the version in Crysis 3 felt more static. It seemed like a glimpse into the future of FPS gun anims because that organic fluid animation is now common in modern CODs and Battlefields.
I remember I used to sometimes miss a few games coming out on Switch. I wouldnt even notice. I'd have a nice dinner, maybe take in a movie. I even had money to get myself a nice little treat, perhaps a new shirt or a leather bound book. Then I started watching Switch Up, and I have no money left at all, it all goes to games. As soon as I get money I say to it "See ya!!!"

Never actually played crysis but seeing the quality of these ports and the fact the switch has become my primary console over the last couple of years, I might have to pick this up!

I dont play fps games much. But since i already have Crysis Remastered, i kinda want the 2nd and 3rd one too. Maybe someday. Definitely not anytime soon. 🤔

Never got to play the first 2 games in the Crysis trilogy back on PC. Tested a new graphics card back in the day with Crysis 3 and definitely fell in love with it. Looking forward to playing the entire trilogy in handheld. Great job SwitchUp for the review
I remember the original Crysis. I spent more time in the first section than I did throughout, as it was just fun tackling it different ways. Stealth mode was always the most fun in my mind.
My favorite Nano Suit ability is stealth by far! I always play as quiet and sneaky as possible until I’m caught, then it’s go time with weapons-free and I’m going in loud the remainder of that particular area of the level.
I fricken love Crysis. So glad the entire trilogy landed on Switch. Great ports as well.
In my country where we have regular power cuts, whenever the lights go off I say in a deep voice "Nanovision enabled"
That's cool crytek was so open to collaboration. My favorite nano ability was always stealth just because of the cool particle effects
My favourite skill was definitely the super speed. Going from blowing up a house to stealthily hiding in bushes within a matter of seconds was just the best!
My favorite nano ability is armor mode because the trailer made the bullets bounce off and looked epic. Such a great series of games.
Game seems to be running pretty well on switch hardware, I wonder how comfortable it is to play the game on switch lite.
As of contest question:
Cloak, how can you not love it ? Makes you nearly invisible and gives a lot of satisfaction when you pass a section of a game never seen.
I was happy when the first Crysis was announced for switch and was getting a physical. Now all three. Dream come true.
I love that bow & arrow don't deactivate the nano stealth cloak in Crysis 3 as I always prefer stealth gameplay over action gameplay. It feels much more intense this way.
My favourite ability is the cloak, I love pretending to be the Predator and just surprising the enemy! “Over here..”
Maximum armor is my favorite suit ability. Because the suit voice always sounds so badass saying that.
Your one of the content creators that made me want to get a switch (so I did, got a nice shiny oled) so thanks for that. As for the favourite ability well its got to be CLOAK, played the first 2 on pc and stealth is the way to go 😀
I remember playing all crysis games on pc when they realised have been a huge fan since 2007 it's mindblowing that it works on the switch , my favourite nanosuit mode is invisibility : cloak engaged xd
You enable armour, you go in like a bat out of hell.
The deep guttural tones of Maximum armour will forever be my favourite, as I tear it up apocalypse now style
I know these are older games.... but holey moley they look fantastic on Switch! Other devs could definitely look to this for the gold standard in performance for a port.

I was a HUGE fan of Crysis when it first came out. I was a little disappointed when they took NOMAD out of the story equation, but the transition from jungle island to city for 2 was well delivered, I believe. Looking forward to checking these out on switch.
Crysis remastered was actually the first fps I ever completed, and it was definitely because of your high acclaim - I didn't even know crysis 2 & 3 are coming to the switch, what a (blessing I hope?)
I liked the cloak, not only was it good starting an encounter, it was also a good way to get a breather when things go wrong.
Stealth.
I played Crysis 1 on my laptop back in the day. To put it bluntly my laptop barely ran it but I played through it as I loved it. Stealth needed to be used as if I went in all guns blazing my frame rate tanked. The final boss was running at 10fps. That was torture.
The invisibility function on the suit is by far the best. Sneaking around tormenting unsuspecting guards is very satisfying. Would love to experience this on the go.

This is looking insane! Playing on the OLED is gona look so good. So many good shooters coming up for switch! currently playing Bioshock, and waiting for Dying Light and see how that holds up. Wish the bring Far Cry 3 and 4... that would be amazing

Love the stealth suit, especcially tue voice which turn the option on, but also it feels like: 'ok let's f-ing do this thingz nobody will notice'

I replayed the opening level in Crysis 1 over and over and over again. I had all the enemy placements memorised. And my favorite thing was to sneak up behind them, wait until they were in that perfect position, then "Maximum strength" and punch them through a wall and watch the ceiling crumble down on top of them.
Disturbing? Maybe. Satisfying? Definetly!
So yeah, maximum strength is probably my favourite nano ability 😅

Favorite Nano Suit ability would have to be the cloaking ability. Being able to dissapear on the battlefield is just too OP!

I don’t have a favorite ability as I’ve yet to play any of the games in this series! I can still remember, back in the day, looking at it from a distance as all the PC Master Race enjoyed it melting their eyeballs and PCs, and me on my lowly consoles settling for the likes of the Halos and Call of Duty’s.
But it looks fantastic, and I’m still blown away that all 3 are available and running well on the Switch!!!

The Cloak is a game changer. Giving it a limited usage timeline but mostly effective, totally changes the way you play those jungle missions in the first game!

My favorite Nano ability was always strength. Grabbing enemies by the scruff of the neck and carrying them around as they panic never gets old!
Armor is probably the best ability because it supports all types of play. want to pop in and out of cover? Armor up when you take too much damage. Need to move to another position? Jump down and let the armor protect you from fall damage or run with it on to not die instantly. Game would honestly still be good if armor were the only ability
For me, the best suit in Crysis 1 is Power, in Crysis 2 is Defense, and in Crysis 3 is Stealth.
This serie is just epic !
Maximum Power has got to be my favorite. Feeling like the hulk in mid battle was a game changer.

The obvious is invisible and invisible has a place in my heart I mean a lot of my challenges were solved with invisible. But as of now I feel like my current favorite is the speed. As Someone who liked running cars into things I found myself a bit more reliant on Sprint than I'd like to admit

I never played any of the Crysis games :( but I remember in the older trailers the suited guy was draining blood or something from a baddie and his suit turned red. That was really cool.
I can't honestly answer this question about nano abilities as I have never played the games that's why I watch your reviews to see what the games are like. So many games and so little money and time. If I am lucky enough to win a copy I will let you know which ability I like using. I have gotten many games after watching your reviews and am glad I saw the reviews first. I have not been disappointed yet.
Maximum Stealth! Has to be sneaky in these kind of games, especially 3 with the bow and arrow! :D

Cloaking is absolutely my favorite Nano suit tech because of the escapability edge it gives you over the enemy.
I've bought the first game digitally and just ordered the retail copy, and I will be getting the next two when they release physically as well. I also have them all on my 360, very fun series. Invisibility+Stealth attacks is just so satisfying.
