I had done lot of research before I purchased this chair. This is an excellent massage chair. It was very easy to set up-took me about 15 min. With the first try, I was very impressed with the way this chair was giving massages. It was very close to a human massage and made me relax. My children love it too. The delivery was great as well. Thye were polite and brought it inside my house (Thank God!). It was well packaged. One thing to consider is that the chair is two tones. I bought a black one thinking it would be all one color but it is combination of dark gray and black which is not a big deal for me. Hope it lasts long time.
