    So, Tardigrades are pretty much indestructible. They can survive the vacuum of space, he pressure of the sea, the cold and heat, yet we keep torturing them.
    I'm just saying, we probably shouldn't make an enemy of them. This kinda sounds like the origin story of a villain. I hope the scientists stop this before the Tardigrades decide to get their revenge.

    In germany we call them "bärtierchen" (bear animal, while the suffix "chen" generally mean that something is small) or "wasserbären" (waterbears) because the way they move looks a bit like a bear.
    Edit: i just heard that guy call them water bears at 5:10 . So, we are not the only ones calling them bears?

    Tardigrades also went to the moon! They went aboard the israeli "Beresheet" lunar lander which crashed. So there might be living beings on the moon at the moment
