      Autocracy would have been if someone makes it a rule to watch the movie. Democracy is when we are free to speak about the positives and negatives of the movie. That the movie shouldn't exist is also an opinion, which I think can be respected.

    • @smneildas657
      @smneildas657 4 года назад +8

      Ashima Dhull Yes, true. But then going all out to force that opinion on others is what becomes problematic no, threatening the artist or burning theaters. If somebody thinks that a film shouldn’t exist then they have all the right to keep that opinion, and so does the person who thinks that it should exist. If no opinion is forced upon another only then can we reach the state of real freedom of speech. That’s the greatest thing about opinions that people don’t understand, you can have them and give them all you want but whether to accept them is the other person’s rightful choice.

Amitabh occupied a totally different space than Naseer and had limited scope to experiment in comparison. Still he did experiment even at his peak and played "characters of substance" in films like Abhimaan, Mili, Chupke Chupke, Kabhie Kabhie, Kaala Patthar Aalaap, Manzil, Jurmana, Silsila, Bemisaal, Shakti, etc. So your contention is wrong.

You sad the fact which is proven completely wrong because of other person's non-existence during that time and place. And still, believe just because she is a girl and she is speaking it repeatedly without thinking that she speaks every time prior to the release of every film. I believed her earlier. But continuously attacking someone on their choice, personal life, blackmailing national awards on their credibility if she will not get an award, etc. even when the other party remains silent, do you think this is bravery? Is this honesty? Dear, I am not writing to counter your comment. But about people like kangana, krk, shehla rashid, etc and the common minds like us who every time see the things on a single sense or narrow-mindedly.

You can give your opinion on awards and nepotism, these are general things. But targeting someone without having any proof, and putting allegations and judgemental perceptions on someone's personal life, do you think this is a cool thing? And again saying read my comment again. In terms of awards, I oppose her only on her take on national awards(not on Bollywood awards). Do you know what she said?
