Just a thought:
I think the plushy only talks when she is insecure about something. Every time it talked to her, she was doubting herself and nervous but she is more confident right now. So maybe the plushy is her worrier side.

Aph's plush isn't talking...
Theory time!
So the plush is from Aaron right? It only started 'talking' when Aaron left, right? Maybe Aph was unconsciously missing Aaron, using the plush he gave her as a substitute. When the plush started talking, she felt like it was enough and didn't think about talking to Aaron anymore.
But her head couldn't 'recreate' Aaron for herself, unable to satisfy her need to talk to someone. So that's why when the plush started comforting Aph in the last ep, it only said things Aph already knew. When Aaron calmed her down, she didn't have the need to satisfy herself with talking to someone any longer. Now Aph has grown over it. She needed the closure, and she got it. She now knows she doesn't need a plush to keep her company, because she has Aaron. So the plush kept quiet, and Aph didn't think too much of it.

Loooong story short...
Aph needed Aaron but she didn't know it, so her mind just 'creates' something to talk to, which is the plush. When Aaron was talking, she didn't need a fake person to talk to anymore.
Also did I mention that Aph may be a little insane? Maybe.

Okay, I LOVE the apology's Garroth, Laurence, and Kai did vs what Ein did. It shows that they really do care about her, even if they go about it the wrong way and make stupid mistakes, while with Ein he views her as an object not a person and treats her like her feelings don't matter. It's written very well.
I mean Kai did care for her one thing a lot of people last episode were getting wrong is they thought Kai was using aphmau he cares for aphmau but just as a friend and nothing else and he wanted to make her happy by going on a date cuz he thought it was best for her and really he is a decent guy just awkward

I just noticed that when Aaron was hurt from Ein hugging Aph his eyes change to red but when he was talking with Aph his eyes went normal. It is so cute how he realizes that Aph helps him calm down. I love it.

If you’re wondering why the wolf plush didn’t say anything, it’s because if you haven’t noticed already, the plush talking is all in her head and it only talks to her when she doubts herself or has a problem or is feeling down etc. But Aaron helped her to be happy, so there wasn’t anything for the plush to say because she was no longer having insecure thoughts, which is what the plush was originally for when Aaron gave it to Aphmau…

Has anybody noticed the change between Garroth's Pheonix Drop season 1 voice and season 2? It's so much less serious, he seems more comfortable. But it's still not the same as his normal my street voice. But Laurence's voice still hasn't gone fully normal either but still less serious
