My cousin lives on Brice creek. I have spent years in that area. It’s a crazy steep set of hills and mountains through there. However there are many logging roads and creeks that in general will take you back out to a main road. Brice Creek is east of cottage grove and south east of Eugene.
Thank you for this upload. We don’t watch regular tv but I don’t recall seeing any info on the news about the lost Oregon hiker, sadly. (We live in the area) I hope they are able to locate both of the men in the Dolomites as well. I know hiking those is a dream for many. Sad that it turned out like this for them. Thanks for info on these two new cases...am not familiar with your calendars but the logistics, time and costs can sometimes be taxing relevant to that type of well-meaning endeavor...just maintaining this year is probably going to be enough on most people's plates... maybe take the energy required for doing calendars and shift it into enhanced self care and be kind to yourself this year... you're doing fine public service with the videos...enjoy 2025 if able...just my perspective..jean 🌳🛀🌳⚖️

I'm just wondering, if you have ever done research on a missing child, that happened in the 1970's in the area of Calabogie, Ontario, Canada. I believe the child was 4 years old, and disappeared from his parents campsite, and no clue of his disappearance has ever been found. This is in the area I live in.

Thanks for showing us some of the safety devices you carry. I actually have the exact little compass/thermometer you have, but some of the others I was not even aware existed. It's not always easy to buy these as many camping or hiking stores don't stock them. I live in western Massachusetts with a fairly good selection of outdoor activity oriented stores, but out of the five items you displayed I think I've only seen the compass sold in them. Next time I'm near an REI outlet I'll see if they have them.

The other items you can find on most big online retailers.. the little light was a gift to me and I believe my mom got it at hallmark🤷♂️ The smoke and other things you can find at online SAR shops. I don’t understand why such experienced hikers / climbers would not have a safety back up in terms of a Garmin in-reach mini etc? Yes to going off grid, yes to peace and quiet - but we owe it to ourselves, our families & friends and to the SAR teams to make it easier if anything should go wrong. Keep it clipped on you, switched off if necessary, but accessible should you need to press the sos button. IF Azis is still alive, he could gave been found days ago. £299 plus subscription - nothing in the scheme of things when you are in potentially perilous locations / situations. I believe you are tied into the sub now, can’t pause it, but it’s only £14 or so a month. Approx £170 a year to enable SAR to find and hopefully get you home alive. £14 a month … many pay 3 times that a month on costa / starbucks coffee.
I live in Southern Oregon and at that time, the weather was rainy and windy! I can imagine it wasn't much different near Eugene? Personal GPS location devices are so inexpensive these days! Garmin has one where you can text a message via satellite, so SAR will know exactly what is going on, just in you need rescuing! 😞

It’s freezing cold there at Brice Creek right now. It’s a swimming hole area with multiple spots. But in the winter it’s snowy and frequently frozen. Was he trying to commit suicide? Sadly. This makes no sense to be out there in winter camping unless he had a camper with him.
Yes! In fact when I'm out west or in the field that's what I prefer to do! If I could afford it, I'd go out to as many cases as I could to help🙏 but I still work a full time job that takes 50 to 65 hours a week.. I'm hoping this year to travel across country, covering cases and cold cases, and eventually getting to the west and working cases there and yes of course I'll bring that all to you all via my channel. Several men have gone missing in my back yard. Sometimes parts of them show up. They are in those hills. They have come through my camp in the middle of the night. Yes they are real. Only pieces of Scott was found. No way he fell in the river. HD would have been found down river.

He gives realistic ideas as to what happened rather than pretend like some conspiracy or paranormal entity is to blame.

It’s freezing cold there at Brice Creek right now. It’s a swimming hole area with multiple spots. But in the winter it’s snowy and frequently frozen. Was he trying to commit suicide? Sadly. This makes no sense to be out there in winter camping unless he had a camper with him.

Yes! In fact when I'm out west or in the field that's what I prefer to do! If I could afford it, I'd go out to as many cases as I could to help🙏 but I still work a full time job that takes 50 to 65 hours a week.. I'm hoping this year to travel across country, covering cases and cold cases, and eventually getting to the west and working cases there and yes of course I'll bring that all to you all via my channel. Several men have gone missing in my back yard. Sometimes parts of them show up. They are in those hills. They have come through my camp in the middle of the night. Yes they are real. Only pieces of Scott was found. No way he fell in the river. HD would have been found down river.

He's from the west coast and covers a lot of cases of missing hikers/campers and he goes out into the places they went missing, showing what those places look like and postulating what may have happened. His name is Nick and he's a very down-to-earth guy. He frequently debunks the sensationalistic and dramatic theories within the whole "Missing 411" craze. He gives realistic ideas as to what happened rather than pretend like some conspiracy or paranormal entity is to blame.
