Model mini-drill will do later. I ordered mini-chucks for drill and flanged bearings, they are still on the way. This will be a drill with a spindle, where the load will not apply to the motor. There will also be an electronic automatic speed controller.

Looks like a lot of forward flex in the pillar. Hopefully that is just a camera thing. 80/20 and a wood or metal base would be stronger and faster. Just a thought...
need to print the base with a density of 100%. I printed with 30% density. later remade

It's holds the metal part of the soldering iron. Is it melts the plastic around itself?
This soldering iron is hot only at the tip of the sting. Where the clamp temperature is like that of a pen. This is a T12 soldering iron tip.

Hello, this is an excellent design! I am very interested in the low rpm rotary tool and disc grinder you are using, do you have a build video for both of those tools and/or a link to the parts and stl files?

I use the solvent dichloroethane. by the way, the microdrill for this stand is almost ready. I'll post the source soon

@Miro Yes, dichloroethane is VERY hazardous to health. Protective equipment must be used, as well as working with a cooker hood or in a ventilated area. (If you use a long time). Caution is never superfluous even with short-term use. But in truth, I myself do not always do this :)
@Miroslav Pienčak Of course, I sometimes use acetone, by the way it is also harmful no less than dichloroethane. But acetone is less volatile and often discolors the color of the plastic. In use, dichloroethane is much more efficient, and bonding is instantaneous (almost), at least several times faster than acetone.

Если Вы имеете дело с 3Д печатью - то эти гайки удобнее с помощью паяльника в детали впресовывать. Но также для микродрели (модель которой будет очень скоро доступна на том же ресурсе)...

Валера здравствуй!извини всё жду про мини дрель с двигателем .или не увидел или не вышла задумка? короткое видео просмотрел? а может что случилось? тогда извини! и как всегда спасибо за хорошие видео!буду ждать!
Все вышло, работает на контроллере, меняя обороты от нагрузки… но в серию так и не запустил. Конченное ху*ло все планы испортил. Может после как оно сдохнет - продолжу
