They are planning on constructing an underground route (similar to a METRO) in Patras so that the suburban train can travel safely at higher speeds while simultaneously freeing up lots of public space. The government has promised for a total of five underground stops within the city limits, however the municipal authorities are pressuring for the underground section to be much longer and start at the northern suburb of Rio including about ten stops in total. Let’s hope that the municipal authorities convince the government to go through with their plan!

@@WKPExpressMovies Hello friend .The construction of the railway from kiato to rio has restarted ( late 2023 ) and its estimated that the section kiato-rododaphni-rio wil be completed by the end of 2025 which will basically create the athens-corinth-patras line .There are also undergoing talks about reviving the central peloponesian line that used to end up in kalamata from corinth and back
Mit was für eine Kamera nimmst du da immer auf? Ich mache auch immer Videos wenn ich mit dem ICE fahre und nehme die mit meinem Handy auf und die Qualität ist super 4k60fps. Wollte nur mal fragen mit was du da aufnimmst.
@@FelixAviation Gopro Hero 9. Die kann maximal 5K und 120 fps aufnehmen, aber ich finde 1080p60 völlig ausreichend. Bei 4K wären mir schon die Dateien zu groß.
@@FelixAviation Der ICE 1. Der sieht vom Design her mit seinem Buckelspeisewagen einfach elegant aus und ist auch innen schön geräumig. Ich mag auch das Triebkopfkonzept lieber, weil da in den Wagen nicht so viele Hintergrundgeräusche durch Lüfter und Kühlsysteme etc. sind.
