Is this the best budget video tripod? || Reviewing the SLIK U8800L

When I say budget, I mean budget. This tripod runs around $60 USD. This is a great option if you need a tripod that will do the job and is great for the price. I love tripods and love reviewing them. Not sure why. I find them fun and when I got this one for my studio set up, I knew I had to do a review. What are your thoughts? Is this a tripod you'd pick up?
