You know it! :) I once learned that the short-term memory can only be stored for 20-30 seconds at a time. So, unless we've committed the thought to paper, we risk losing the idea forever! Really appreciate you tuning in my friend!
I change my oil between every 3-4k miles with Eneos oil. I check it every 1-2k miles. Hasn't burned ever and its got 135k miles on it. The dipstick is awful on this car but if you hit it with some sand paper it's a game changer. Ive had my Z for 4 years now and love it. GL yall ✌️
Manual says 5w-30 and 10w-30! I feel 10w would be a bit too thick on cold start(where most wear happens). 5w-30/40 is what I’ve been using! Switching to 40 in the summer because it’s like 95 everyday. Plus the piston rings burn oil so the thicker viscosity helps a little. I appreciate your comment my friend🙏🏼
I get 10/40 in my 04. Mine has 168,ooo i use mobile one. I was scared, but its electrical issue. My shit goes to zero oil light at stop or low rpm. I was terrified until i tested it i had 30 psi at idol. I change mine every 24 or 25 hundred i just use 93 thank god i was lucky an old guy owned my car
Oooh good question haha I like large swan wings on the 350z, but I feel the car needs to be wide-bodied for the proportions to be correct! A big swan wing on a stock car feels a little too tall, and not wide enough lol I think they look really cool though; always wanted a chassis mounted wing!!
Hey man, I love your videos. Quick question, u know any shops in San Diego county or Temecula that can help me with valve cover gasket for my 06 z?? Thank you!!
There’s one of these on FB marketplace right now with that same spoiler I don’t know if that comes with a specific package with 8500 original miles garaged all its life all original owned by an old lady for 20k
I'd say if it's going to sit more than 6 months, i'd change it shortly after you start it again! :) But a good rule of thumb is 3months/3k miles (whichever comes first) for non-synthetic and 5months/5kmiles for full-synthetic! I really appreciate your comment! :)
I recently bought a 06 350 and the guy did the oil change and put 10w30, the car has 92k miles and I live in LA so the weather is fairly warm and cold, would you recommend me to change it to 5w30 soon or should I just wait till it’s time for the oil change
When you say synthetic do you mean synthetic blend or full synthetic, cuz i know u can put 5w-30 synthetic blend or full synthetic 5w-40 which I'm using rn in my 370z
Either should be fine! I've been using full synthetic recently and noticed it burns just a little less! Ran synthetic blend for awhile and didn't have any issues though, thanks for your comment! :)
Which 540 are you using because I’m gonna do the same but I think I’m overthinking it trying to find one compatible but I think with 150,000 miles. I’m not sure how much compatibility still holds. I know most are backwards compatible with just about anything
Another great video. I have a question for you. Have you heard of any problems with the key and ignition? My shop says ignition is fine and thinks it’s a key issue. Sometimes it won’t start right away but if I take the key out and turn it over, it’ll start. It’s the weirdest thing
2:49 man has a notebook for his youtube videos! thats dedication right there love the content 🤙

You're not wrong about that dipstick!! Definitely going to try that sandpaper trick. I appreciate your comment!
I change mine all the time it's clean as it went in on the stick now after few years
Thanks for this vid i appreciate it 🤝🏽 help a lot
great vid as always. This was helpful to me since i just got a z.
Congrats on the Z!! Glad the video was helpful. I appreciate you tuning in Chris!
I put diesel oil on my 370z and it runs great
Smooth sound. I like it. I like my trumpet but that’s nice!
Thank you man! I've been tempted to go trumpet haha maybe soon!
Ngl the headlight eyelids at 0:49 that you had on previously might look good on the 350 right now 😳
I've really been tempted to put them back on!! Maybe soon! I appreciate your comment!
im part of the family 😁
i do oil changes every 2500 miles its usually in the 90s where i live
Johnny da boss man 💨🔥
Appreciate you brotha!!
Honestly I will try it one day but I’m gonna wash my car at night go through the city lights and do the light speed
The best oil weight is the one that the manual says to use. Because the engineers that designed the engine and oil channels specify the proper oil.

what headlights are these? awesome video by the way!
Good advice bro!
Thank you Joseph!! Really appreciate you tuning in man!
Do a video about different differentials and which versions 350z have it and which ones are able to do donuts and what not
Okay!! That's a great idea. Appreciate you Carlos!!
Love the videos, what’s your opinion on those big mounted swan wings on the 350z

I thought i had a rear main seal leak, but it was a gasket between the sandwhich plate and oil filter
Hey Johnny where did you get your front lip from. I absolutely love it and want to get one for my z
I got it from Vicrez! It's my favorite front lip for the 350z. It's the N3R style front lip! I appreciate you tuning in my friend.
First ❤️
Ayee!! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch todays video. Thanks again!!
johnny did u paint your front lip before or after you put it on the car?
We took it off, painted it and then put it back on the car! :) Appreciate your comment!!
How do you get the POV view ? I kind of wanna start a RUclips channel with my z but I don’t know where to start

What's the ideal oil pressure for the 350Z?
Hey Brandon!! At idle, it should be sitting at 14psi. I appreciate your comment!
@@JohnnyB. mine sits at 18 ,19 after running it for a long time you might have a small pressure leak
Would this also apply to the infiniti's that share engines with the z?
Yep!! Same VQ35! Thanks for your comment!
Mobile One is gods oil wouldn’t put anything else in my Z
I use high mileage Castro 5w/30
@@tonyhenderson1108 i am planning to use it as well! How does the car feel performance wise and how long have you been using it? Helps with leaks?
This is mostly for DE engines isn't it

hi
Hey there!! :)
Hey man I got an 03 z any idea where the oil pressure needle should be at idle?
Between the 1st and second tick on the oil guage when warm.
Hey Ian! What Tony said! Should be sitting right around 14psi. I appreciate you tuning!
