When you print 2-sided, make sure to choose the option Flip pages on short edge to avoid printing the second side of each sheet upside down.

It's the booklet settings on the printer that make it come out like that. The settings on word are fairly meaningless as if you have a printer that can print booklet it will sort out that margin stuff automatically. If your printer can't do booklet then it won't work anyway
