Creating Booklets in Microsoft Office

United-in-Worship HELP DESK. the United-in-Worsip Project is a joint project of St. John's United Church, Marathon, ON and The Canadian Shield Region of the United Church of Canada, Offices in North Bay, ON. HELP DESK is a place where Communities of Faith can learn how to manipulate United-in-Worship Resources to make them reflect local Community of Faith needs. This video illustrates how to change any letter-sized document into a booklet format using Microsoft Word (Office 365) on Windows Platforms. We use Microsoft Office 365 on both our Windows 10 and Mac computers. Microsoft Office 365 is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

Place the paper in the back paper tray. It will only fit setting the paper with the short edge down. The instruction from MS Office will tell the computer to print the text in the proper direction for a book fold.

What version of Microsoft Office are you using? This process will work only on a Windows PC? The Mac version of Office 365 ddoes not allow the document to print correctly - as of the date of the creation of this tutorial.
