Looking at Garveryneal's comment, you could say she has a petty reason to do what she did. While some people would think that a student failing a test wouldn't just be able to reprogram all of the robots, but also send each of them to a very specific place and time that each question originates from. I don't think she's dumb and that she doesn't know the answers, what I do believe is that she just doesn't like the answers, she's completely narcissistic as hinted by the very first robot you have to go through and she wants the world to be what SHE imagined it to be. She wants the world to be dumb and her to be seen as the smart one knowing she's making people believe the wrong things.
4:39 So there's one of his Continue Your Mission, Dammit stock phrases. According to TV Tropes, Botley might actually suggest going back to the schoolhouse and finding someone else if you weren't up for it. The only one I knew of is "Of all the times to freeze on me! We're so close!" It's really annoying when he keeps saying things like that because the game goofed and it's only been a second. On a side note, to think a few of these inventors were still alive when Jumpstart began. Jacques Cousteau died a year after the game came out. And...imagine, basketball predates cornflakes! Some of these statistics are mind-blowing, especially Leonardo da Vinci inventing the helicopter centuries before such a thing was feasible.
