So as I lay here in the dark listening to your calming chants, your words of wisdom and even a joke thrown in when possible I actually feel relief and a sense of hope. On the brink of suicide you have helped this addict/alcoholic with 46. . now 47 days clean and sober by giving me a glimmer of hope through your beautiful words of love and kindness. Thank you Krishna Das, I have no words to describe my gratitude so I say to you again, thank you Krishna Das.
this being human can be so painful - you came here to be victorious - - there is no failure in the ultimate sense anyway - - - and you will just come back again so you might as well 'do it now' anyway. love across the universe

Jonathan, I have been clean/sober for 6,5 years but i still remember those feelings and sometime they still come and visit me. But one day at the time and the belife in somthing bigger than me, and that i am one with that big thing i have surrender..U have my love...take care🙏🏼
