So glad this showed up in my recommended videos - I'm an American who has moved to London like three separate times and am now in the early(ish) stages of living there again. You would think setting up a life gets easier with experience but no, haha. Genuinely loved this advice and hope you have an amazing time in London :)

In a way, it's admirable you haven't registered with a GP considering you would have had to pay a huge NHS buy-in fee on your visa (twice). You give but you don't take back, kinda like a reverse Robin Hood.
